I waited for 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and then turns out they dont carry the electrical switch I was there to pick up. If youd acknowledge the client and see what they want first to see if you carry it, that wouldve been helpful and saved me 20 minutes of wasted time. Or at least say "Well be with you soon"
