DO NOT EVERRRRR BUY FROM HERE. Lied to by the employee. Then tried to resolve situation with manager manger says situation is resolved. Since I lived in a differnt state manager says I can go to any sprint store to change my phone and manager noted account. Went to different sprint store in the same state employee says the there are not any notes in the account . Called this store to speak with manager was informed the manager no longer works there. And there is nothing they can do because the manager mo longer works there. Even though the new manager told me they had these issues with old manager. So basically this store knows they had horrible employees and dont care to do anything about it. Also dont buy from here because its not a corporate store so if you have any issues corporate wont be able to help.

Make sure when your making a cash payment tell them first how long it will take before it process. The workers cant even tell you the correct info. One told me it can take up to 2 days before it processes and another one told me it can take 30mins to 4hrs. Which one is it people make up your damn mind. Get your information correct if your gonna work at sprint. Maybe I should switch back. Never had i had this problem with the other company. Smh.......

This location has by far the best customer service I have ever experience! Jose has always gone above and beyond to make sure im satisfied. Christopher manages this store like no other. Joseph the handsome young man whose always friendly.... and Ramiro always smiling so polite. I have been coming to the location for over a year and refuse to go anywhere else. I LOVE SPRINT! Thanks guys for always helping me out.

I went to the sprint store here at balcones to upgrade my phone and get 2 lines. The guy that was there told me I had to get an insurance for each of the lines. I didnt think this was right so I called the 1-800 for sprint and the assistant told me that wasnt required. As you can see, you have to be careful what people try to sell you because the insurance wasnt necessary. BEWARE OF WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Theres a reason everyone likes Ramiro and Joses service- its top-notch friendly down-to-earth and ultimately exactly what you need. The gentlemen know how to run their shop and do business the way it was intended to be done. Thanks Man, for getting me back on track. Im ready to break this Verizon burner flip phone in half. Its good to be back on the Sprint iPhone connection.

Michael the store manager was really helpful and knowledgeable about the services Sprint offers..he wasnt just trying to make a sale...we have had nothing but good experience going to this location we dont live close by and this sprint location is the only one my husband goes to even though we probably go by three other locations traveling there

As soon as i walked into store I was approached quickly with great customer service !!!! The manager offered help and got me a great case with my new i phone 7 most sprint stores are not as welcoming as this one !!! I am in the retail industry and there on point !!!! Ill be coming back and telling all my friends about my expierence

Had to switch to t-mobile.. after two years of having sprint they were not willing to help out so my husband and I could get new phones. Didnt have the color I wanted and after two years I still owed on my iPhone 6. Very happy with t-mobile now. They had the phone I wanted and got a great deal.

The representative, Jose R. has provided me excellent service! He really went the whole 9 yards to give me the plan that I desperately needed at an affordable rate. He even offered me great deals like a free tablet and a case for my phone. Definitely come to this place and see him!

Chris and Xavier are awesome sales employees here at sprint they gave me the best deal on two phones, screen saver and a case. The store is very neat as well as the restroom is clean..very friendly and outgoing employees.. Left with a smile...thank you guys for everything

The service is horrible!! The fat guy at the desk did not greet. There were no people in the store. I am an authorized user on the acct and I still wasnt able to make a payment. The other guys in Vance Jackson said the same thing about Randall.
