DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS AZLE HOMETOWN COMPANY. THEY DAMAGED MY HOUSE AND WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE REPAIRS: My wife and I purchased a new washer and dryer from Azle Hometown Sears in mid April. They brought out the washer and hooked it up, turned it on, and left before it had finished cycling. It was like these guys couldnt wait to get out of there! The washer was defective and poured out enough water to flood three rooms. The damage was enough to make everyone involved from Sears to the delivery company to someones insurance company not want to pay or accept responsibility. Finally an insurance adjustor called me and told me that he would not pay for my time lost while I was assisting and directing the restoration from the water damage. He was going to pay the contractor that I hired to help me clean up the damage, though. Having no stomach for this, I went to the Azle Hometown Sears Store to tell him the situation and to tell him that it was time to pay up. We had the runaround long enough and I explained to him how it was his liability since he sold the appliances. He told me it was not his fault, that it was not his liability, and that he did not have the money to pay me anyway. My impression of all this is that Sears Azle Hometown Store has no integrity and that I recommend that no one ever buy anything from them. I have had enough bad experiences with Sears to say that "I am done with them." Robert Walls

Only giving 1 star bc I have to. Words cannot even begin to describe how bad an experience I had with this store. Cheryl, the owner, needs to go back to business school 101. Customer service is non-existent,and even when in the wrong, argues over what remedies are appropriate. After scheduling delivery of my product with another sales associate, and after waiting for delivery of the item that never came due to rescheduling that was NEVER communicated, initially refusing to waive the $30 delivery fee to compensate me for my time, HUNG UP ON ME. Proceeds to call me back and tell me that after all she wouldnt be able to deliver my product and that we would have to pick it up at the store. Needless to say, she lost the entire $4500 sale.

Two stars because they installed appliances over outlets so my electrician had to Uninstaller and reinstall. The microwave installer drilled 3 small holes, in lieu of 1 big hole, through my new cabinets to run the cable through. They get two stars because Michelle actually offered some customer service and concern. I will never deal with sears hometown in azle ever again. I should have known better to shop with sears and a sears in azle.

I went in there about a year ago kinda looking for a toolbox walked out with a grey toolbox , then a week later found the bottom piece to it ,a nice roll around double stack tool box for 150 bucks brand new...... always been helpful good people
