Diamond continues is downward spiral in quality. The produce is probably what Kroger throws out, now everything is being converted to "Best Choice" generic garbage, brand name products are out the door. They have decimated entire sections, cereals are 90% Best Choice, the cheese section and dairy is nearly all this generic crap, even the soft drink section is disappearing in brand names. There are only two ways you get prices down but margins up, decrease quality and use cheaper packaging. Forget the meat section. You can keep your generics, Ill drive to Denton or Frisco now. Employees are friendly but not knowledgeable. I had a concern I wanted to take up with the manager and two employees working there did not know the name of the manager. This place has really gone downhill fast.

The meat market manager is back (Phil) He is awesome! I used to shop at kroger for meat until he showed up. The selection is much smaller but the quality is much much better! He takes pride in his job and it shows. If there is something that you want as far as meat he will most likely order it for you. The rest of the store... You can easily find out dated products. Most of the employees are high school students that are very sweet but dont seem to care about the store itself. The main management is horrible. They are grumpy and dont care you!

Dont waste your time! Drive up to Pilot Point or out to Denton. We spend the extra money on gas to avoid this store at all cost. The management is terrible, especially the new assistant manager, with the glasses, hes a huge jerk. Be sure to count your change at the register and then check your receipt for cash back charges on your credit or debit cards! This store has been plummeting since 2007, but the change since November 2014 and April 2015 is mind boggling. HELLO!?! Do the owners realize how bad their store management is?

Nice little store, but they need to be careful if a Wal-Mart Super Store is built nearby. Employees VERY nice. Produce is not stocked well, nor always good quality. I will NOT buy meat nor lunchmeats there! The Manager/Owner would get more loyal customers by improving the Meat Dept- so we do not have to drive to Denton- Kroger for meats. Diamond: Please Wake up!! You have a good location, but your meat cutomers go to Denton.... :-)

Bought bread in there this week and one of their tellers charged $3 as cash back on our card. We didnt get any cash back. When confronted they did nothing. We will never shop there again and we are telling every one to beware.

The cashiers and bag boys are very nice and friendly..... However, Management needs a lot of work. Very poor quality in produce and meat departments. Place is dirty and lots of out dated food on the shelves.

This place is only good because of its convenience. It has any type of grocery you should need, but be sure to check expiration dates and make sure any dairy you get has been properly refrigerated.
