I always have such great a experience here. The customer service at a home town hardware store just cant be beat.bto contrast, I was at Walmart getting some other things and figured Id grab a few bags of top soil while I was there. Bad bad idea. After waiting a rediculous amount of time for someone to check me out at the garden center, than an ungodly amount of time waiting for an employee to come load it in my car, I decided to just drive away, get a refund later, and go to ACE. Not sure why I didnt just think to go there first! As I pulled up a young man was walking out and asked if I needed help before I even got out of my car. I told him how many bags of top soil I needed and he literally loaded them while i paid. Im not exaturating when I say I was in three maybe 3 minutes. And it wasnt like I was the only person in the store. Miss Coleen at the front desk is always so helpful too. A true gem here in White House

If you love salty unforgiving customer service (like a saltlick in an ocean of tears) and dont mind slightly higher prices, then ACE is the place for you! One huge positive note: this business constantly gives to the local community in various ways and should continue to do so to stay relevant.

A bit on the pricey side because of the demand in this town. The service makes up for it. There is always somebody there to help for people like myself whom are not good at fixing household repairs. Ask any question and they will help you, even if you call things that circle thing.

THE place to go in White House. The service, friendly and knowledgeable staff are certainly worth paying a bit more than Wal-Mart!
