Outstanding service! I could hardly believe when I walked into this place how neat, clean, organized, friendly the place and people were. Everyone was dressed neatly and were busily helping customers. When I was checking out I needed to add something to my shopping list, the person behind the counter make quick work out of getting me my last item, It was not a foot dragging 15 minute ordeal. The guys in the yard were extremely helpful and efficient. I did not know such a place existed and will definitely make this my preferred store in the future.

**BUYER BEWARE** This store has a nice selection of material, however, their return policy is horrible. I had material delivered out to one of my job sites. Instead of placing the items that couldn’t get wet in one of 3 large garage bays, the driver elected (apparently Walkers policy) to leave everything outside and attempt to cover with plastic. Around $850 in material was ruined and Walker refused to even split the cost with me. I purchase hundreds of thousands of dollars in material a year and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We were looking for some small thickness plywood to refinish a couple of chair seats. Not a big deal, but the young man (Im sorry I didnt get his name) who helped us knew exactly what we needed and took us back to the saw shop to find a piece that would work. He found a piece that was what we were looking for and then asked if we needed it cut (we didnt). He then proceeded to shake my hand and say "no charge." WOW! What service! You wont find that in any big box store. Walkers is the BEST!

Have dealt with them many times over the past three years. I have always found them to be very competitive on price – often even cheaper than the big box stores. Their employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Howard in the retail office and Mike in the lumber shed are the best!

The employees are always so helpful - I often walk in having no idea how to complete my project and leave with the hardware and knowledge to get it done. Immensely faster than Home Depot or Lowes - the employees know the store well and get you out the door quick.
