Management is always pleasant. But there are a couple of older cashiers that always seem to have attitude. We have been shopping there for 21 years and it is always the same with one cashier. She is very pleasant toward most people but when we go through her lane when she is working we seem to get attitude from her. She is not pleasant with us at all and never really has been. My family has actually worked at the store when they were in high school (minus me because I am not from Tennessee), so most of management knows my family. One cashier who no longer works there used to call my daughter peanut because when she was a baby she had the color tone and shape of a peanut. It was okay because out of endearment. She is the type that needs to be training people but like I said she no longer works there so, I person try to avoid shopping there and send my husband when we need something.

Always do our quick meat shopping here but today we had the worst experience with salesclerk name TARYN, she was rude, refused to stand when bagging our groceries and was rudely demanding i put my groceries in the cart. This is thd 1st time i write a review of any kind, im usually very lenient but that ladys attitude was not acceptable. I get that she is probably tired, she could have asked nicely.

Best place in Nashville to buy smoked meats (local country ham, smoked neckbones, local country bacon, spiced round, etc). Also has the best selection of greens I have ever seen in a grocery store (turnip, collards, kale, and mustard greens). If your looking to find that soul food you cant buy at chain stores and dont mind the neighborhood check it out.

Friendly staff. Carries national and store brands. Older but clean store. Good prices on everything, also carries wine. Special attention paid to disabled customers by helping them with their shopping and carrying groceries out to their cars and placing bags in cars. Handicap parking right at front doors. I cant say enough about this place.

Convenient and great customer service. There is a limited selection compared to competing grocery stores but its quick service (hardly any long lines), cheap prices, and friendly staff makes it a favorite grocery store.
