This store has truly disappointed me. After spending hundreds of dollars here over the past year, I bought a pair of dress pants that shrunk significantly although I followed all of the laundering instructions. I brought them back to the store expecting a quick solution for a loyal customer but was rather met with a rudeness from the moment I walked in with the pants in my hands. And from the management herself. She suggested I was lying and encouraged me to shop elsewhere. Well, that I will certainly do along with discouraging all that I can from falling into the same situation at this store. There is no style or price here that cannot be found in other boutiques in the area.

I am a regular customer to this store and cannot express enough how much I adore this local treasure. The staff is exceedingly helpful, and never fails to greet me with a smile or have an enjoyable conversation. They make feel like a visiting friend, and not just a customer. To top it all off, the products that they carry are difficult to pass up. Everything is cute and fashionable, plus they keep the stock ever-changing, so every visit is always a new experience. And now that they are in their gorgeous new location, there is even more reason to visit this store. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Trust me!

My wife loved this store and was a very loyal shopper, however, after they would not honor the return policy we were told for the holidays to exchange an item due to the fit, and did not even care to respond to our concern via Facebook, we decided there are many other stores locally that care about their customers enough to give our business to. After bringing this issue to many other people locally, it has been brought to our attention there have been many situations just like ours. This business simply wants your money, not your happiness or your loyalty.

I love this store! The prices are reasonable and the fashion is unique. It was very crowded when I shopped there, but I was greeted and treated well. I was disappointed to read the reviews and the owners response to a customers complaint. The customer stated that they would not be returning on Facebook so the owner did not respond to the complaint and :"wished them well"? Ouch!

Love this store. The clothes are adorable and not like the things you find in any run of the meal chain store. Ive always been treated wonderfully and helped with a dressing room or whatever I needed. Love that when I buy something Im helping a local business

Been in three times now and have never been greeted warmly. Bought some shoes and they are good quality and comfortable but they certainly have no idea how to care for their customersI Maybe they should try some good ole southern hospitality!!

Rude (bless-their-heart) employees, many poor quality overpriced imported clothes. The things I have purchased were supposedly machine washable but looked awful and misshapen after the first gently cycle as cheap clothes usually do.

Love love love!! This store offers such a unique variety of clothing, shoes and jewelry. Employees are always helpful and the new location is absolutely gorgeous! I tell everyone headed to Murfreesboro to check out Tiffany Lane!
