The staff have will smile and have their make up done beautifully, but Ive never been asked if I needed help. Ive been there many times and use my Beauty Insider. I have literally walked in a giant circle around the store multiple times and no-one helps me. They other customers. Im not that ugly where my cause is lost. My last visit put me over the edge. They would not accept my gift card because they were transitioning to a new system and I lost out put on my Play points. I had also spent a good hour in there and if a staff had acknowledged me, less time could have been wasted..... Staff will smile but just kinda stuck up... As expected being a make up store but Rivergate JCP are more friendly as well as Brentwood.

This is where I always go to get my makeup & the staff is always so friendly yet not overbearing like some other locations. My only complaint is they dont carry the Boscia charcoal peel off mask which is one of my favorites. Overall, this place is great :)

I like this store because I can find some brands of makeup like Sephora, Urban decay, Tarte, Too faced, Benefit and others, this store is a little small.
