I was disappointed in the pickup service that never showed up. However, Curtis at the main office did follow up with a call and offered to send someone out for the pick up. I had already taken the donation to Goodwill (late evening). The error was due to a new driver that missed the pickup. We all make mistakes--and Curtis owned the mistake with good customer service. I will try this pick up service again. I totally support our heroes, the AM VETS!
