[I HAD ONE PROBLEM; its located at the end of this review] The price for my lip ring and piercing was $20. Which is great compared to some places that charge you $25 for the piercing and you still have to pay extra for the ring. Bonnie was my piercer, she was awesome!! She is such a sweetheart and I will go to her if I decide to get anymore piercings. Everything was sanitary and in order. I HAD ONE PROBLEM!!! I called in a couple of days after I got my piercing b/c I had a question about the piercing. Mind you BONNIE WAS NOT THERE, so the receptionist put a male piercer [who may have been Jeff Elkins according to the website] on the phone so I could ask my question. HE WAS SO VERY RUDE TO ME, HE DIDNT LISTEN TO WHAT I HAD TO ASK AND HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE. If you do go to this place call them and ask for BONNIE before you go and if she is not there then wait until she shows up. Im just like this: If you have a rude attitude to me over the phone I dont want to meet you in person and I sure as hell dont want you putting holes anywhere in my body.

The people at the shop were awesome people. Bonnie the piercer was such a sweetheart. But i went for a tattoo. JR did my tat. He was really hasty, maybe because it was so close to closing time. I have crooked lines, lines that dont touch, and so many white spots where it should be red or black. You have to wait for a tattoo to heal to get the touch up which can take up to 6 weeks and they only cover themfor one month after you get your tattoo. I have seen his work and hes good. Maybe it was just a bad night, but i am disappointed. Again everyone was cool and nice, just not happy about how my tattoo turned out. I will be going elsewhere to have this fixed. Also it is in a very bad area

I was Greeted by Courtney Every Single time I visited this Place. She was very Explanatory about business hours, who the Tattoo artist was & made me feel Welcome at Ink Gallery. Bonnie the Piercing Expert pierced my belly over 10 years ago & shes still there & as friendly as she was back then. Mr. Jon is the Tat artist. He was very up front about where I should get certain tats I wanted based on the area for the size of the Tat, prices for the tats Im wanting & hours of operation. Was in & out within the hour. From paperwork, paying to sizing the tat. EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY AT THIS INK GALLERY!!! Thanks

Great place for piercing. One of the tattoo artists seems like complete *** hole and I didnt even bother getting a tattoo so I just went to Archangel. Id not get a tat here for one the prices are steeper and the tattooer, short bald white guy was extremely rude to even his co workers, not someone I would want to be sitting with for hours getting it done, seems like he doesnt even like his job. Drive over to Archangel for your tats its worth the drive. Front two ladies I dealt with are sweethearts.

I have gotten several piercings and a tattoo there and have nothing but good things to say. Good environment and nice people considering the part of town. I found it very easy to get comfortable in a time that comfort is hard to reach. I am a very nervous and paranoid person when in comes to things like that and everyone took the time to explain everything to me, and were great at answering my question afterward. Very clean very honestly priced and great service 5 stars..

Will never come here again had a 5:00 appointment the artist took 2 hour to even asked again what art work would we like, then was upset when I asked him could he prefer us to another artist in the shop...He blow up talking about how long he been doing work verses the other artists in the shop. We made a big mistake paying first. The young lady up front was nice!

This is the only place Ill go for my piercings. Ive had my nose pierced twice by Bonnie & even got friends hooked on her too! I will not let anyone else pierce me. Bonnie is the sweetest. She makes you relaxed & comfortable. Totally recommend for a piercing. Tattoos... Not really. Theyre always kinda rude. Not worth the effort if Im not happy with your attitude.

Called up there at 8:15pm on 6/22/2016 and was told by a female as long as Im here 15 minutes before closing i was good im here at 8:39pm called 3 times doors are locked and lights are off im pissed but i just drove across town for a 30 second nose piercing and cant even get it im sitting in the parking lot at 8:44pm as i type this review smh.

Ink Gallery is the only place I go to get my piercings.Bonnie and Torrence are the BESTTT.The others are kind of smartasses lol.But yes I would recommend anyone to go to the Ink Gallery.I am actually going tomorrow to get more piercings :)
