Ive been going to this location for years. Never had much of a problem, then some staff changed. Im disabled and have a service dog. She is all of 10 pounds, so if I need my hands I put her in the cart, (where the child would go) inside her little bag I have for her. One day, Im followed around the store by some associate, talking on the walkie/radio telling management there is a dog in the store. So, I go about my business, trying not to have a panic attack. He continues isle by isle, telling them exactly where I am and what Im doing. So, he finally disappears, by now Im in line to check out. Tim or Tom the manager walks over and tells me Im required to leave. So, I politely inform him, that my animal is a service animal. He then tells me she is too little to be a service animal and doesnt have a vest. I look at him completely dumbfounded so I pull out my letter from my doctor. Stating I have PTSD and she is my service animal. I also pull out the ADA rules, there is no requirement of size, PTSD companions do not have to wear a vest and they are the only emotional support companions recognized by the ADA. (This is all highlighted). He continues to push me out of the store. Now, Im having a panic attack. So, I said why, I have a right to be here. He then informed me it was because I had her in the cart. Trying to collect myself, Molly calming me as she should. I replied, so youre telling me Im being forced from a store because I have her in a bag, in the cart? His response yes, its bothering other customers. I laughed at this point and said okay one shes not touching the cart, two there are sanitation wipes at the front and three, youre telling me that my companion who once again isnt touching the cart is not allowed to sit here because shes bothering people by being here? Yes maam, thats where food goes. I looked at him and said yes food may go here, but so can a child or a baby that may pee or poop and leak threw its diaper. Youre telling me that shes more unsanitary then that? No, Im sorry I wont leave. Ill pay for my groceries, then leave, also Ill be calling corporate and inform them of the service I received today. Being followed around and then harassed by you. You need to apparently do some research of service animals and Ada laws. Then have a sit down with each of your associates. Thank you. I still shop here on occasion, nothing like I used to, just if Im at cvs getting my prescription and I need something. I havent had a problem in a while, but that doesnt mean someone else wont.

Went in to this store yesterday and asked the manager about the coupon policy there. We were told that we could only do 5 coupons per transaction and that is the policy.... which is true. Technically speaking you can have multiple transactions. We asked if we could do two transactions, my fiance would pay with her debit card and I would pay for mine with cash. That is the definition of TWO transactions! Nothing in the policy says we cant do that and we have done that numerous times. The manager had an attitude problem and was very dismissive with us! What ever happened to customer service and the customer being right? Trust me, corporate is getting a call today!

This is where I do almost all of my grocery shopping.. The prices are good, the store is clean, the staff has been nice and helpful when I have needed it. I can usually get through the checkout line fairly quickly with typically 1 person in front of me. They regularly have good sales on meat such that you can really cut down your grocery bill if youre willing to change up the weeks meal plan after you get to the store (or maybe if youre the type to check a sale paper you could find the deals ahead of time.) The new wine selection is pretty good, but Im not much of a wine drinker. The craft beer selection is also decent but not huge.

Shopping today and a lady came up and said to meet her up front and she was going to give away free gifts. Told it over the speakers a few times and I went and listened to a big spill about what she had and then she tried to sell it to us for $39.95. Everyone standing thought she was giving them as she indicated. She gave us a 12 inch 19 cent tape. Wasted 15 minutes. This is dishonest and something you might expect at Wal Mart but not Kroger. I talked to the manager but he didnt seem to be interested but did say I wasnt the only one to complain. He said she gave something so it wasnt dishonest.

Love KROGERS and their staff. Very helpful. However, I have very disappointed in their salad bar. The food and selection us great BUT they now giving cardboard boxes for our takeout salad. It makes a mess if you use salad dressing. Doesnt keep the salad fresh. And who wants to eat out of a cardboard box. Thought this was just temporary but have been Kroger several times and this was the choice. I am very disappointed. It is not for the environment because next to it is cookies, cakes, sushi etc. in plastic containers. Please give us our clear, plastic containers back! Thank you.

Convenient location and fairly easy to get in and out of. Has issues in limited date goods (produce, meats, dairy) recently (jun/july/aug 2016), which now tends to be either bad or green. This also happened at the Northshore location last year, so I stopped shopping there. Either there is a bad policy or mishandling of easily spoiled products or laziness, or whoever is messing things up at Northshore moved to this store. Now looking elsewhere for produce without taking a long trip.

If you comparison shop, shop the sales and care at all about your quality, this store is actually the least expensive grocery in town. I once made a list of ingredients for several menus and shopped it at 5 stores including wal-mart and food city; Kroger came out best. Also this particular store is laid out simply and is easy to navigate. The staff here is also very good. The kids are nice and the management is ever-present and helpful. They have a gas station too.

Great organics selection, decent pricing and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the meat, the chicken in particular, seems to go bad sooner than the sell by date. I always make sure this is the last item I grab before I check out, and go straight home to a colder than normal refrigerator, but it doesnt seem to matter. Somewhere in their process it gets too warm. I buy my chicken elsewhere and dont have this problem.

You look around and think you are surround by adults. Then they dont get exactly what they want, how they want it, and suddenly they are throwing a temper tantrum like a three year old. Its embarrassing to watch these grown adults abuse the employees, especially at the deli, and expect them to still be cheerful tree whole time.

I was so disappointed with this store!! I went there to buy some fish. I bought 2 kinds of fish - flounder and haddock, and some shrimp. All had terrible fishy rotten smell. ALL were UNEATABLE!!! I had to throw them away after paying $9 a pound.... :-((((
