Aldis is a great place to buy groceries. As a former store manager, you would be surprised how many products they sell are actually name brand, just sold under their private label. This includes bagels, meat and produce! Great prices. But watch out for another euro brand coming to the U.S. called Lidl. They are going to give Aldi some competition.

If your on a fixed budget or have a large family I recommend shopping at any Aldis. You can buy a whole cart of groceries here and save $100 dollars compared to Wal-Mart. Most the products here are organic. Only thing you need to know is some items are seasonal and you need to buy things when they have them..

Sup par Aldis. Fruit and vegetables section is flaky so keep an eye out on what you pick up. Ive seen moldy items on more than one occasion in here. So be cautious.
