5 hours there and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, my stylist was very sweet. I came in with a color mess and I explained that I wanted to start the process of getting the red out my hair and start the process of getting it lighter. I totally understand that I cant go red to blond in one sitting, but after the bleach stayed on my hair 45 minutes the manager and my stylist decided that my hair had lifted so well that they would just put a blond color on instead of just toning my hair until we get it light enough to go the blond I am hoping to eventually get too. Well after the stylist took the blond out of my hair she told me not to look at my hair until she said so.(I was so excited at this point) The manager came by and said you should have done a before and after because her(my) hair turned out great. After blow drying my hair the stylist while turning my chair around so I can see my hair for the first time says "ummn you need to come back monday", I looked at my hair and it was BRIGHT ORANGE with BRIGHT BLOND roots(I promise Im not being dramatized, it was god awful). This was my biggest fear. I asked them before she ever touched my hair, about the brassyiness to make sure I wasnt orange and they told me they could "TOTALLY" make sure there was no orange. So I told her there was no way I could leave like that, I was leaving the next day to go out of town. So two of the stylist threw me in a chair and started toning my hair. The toning worked and it took the orange out. But while I was getting toned I hear the manager tell another stylist and her boyfriend, well it looks better then when she came in. I literally about came out of my skin how dare her tell me red hair with gray roots are worse then bright orange and yellow hair. While she was saying this she just happened to make up my tab. I get to the front to pay and my stylist just stood there and expected me to swipe my card without even telling me how much I was being charged.(got charged for a gloss I knew nothing about) It made me feel really uncomfortable because she was afraid to tell me how much they charged me. I paid the check and went out to my car and cried like a little baby, I totally felt so comfortable in there and just because I refused to leave with bright orange hair everyones mood changed and the manager started talking crap, it was traumatizing

When I arrived I was in no hurry. There was one lady working the jewelry counter and a couple of people ahead of me. I waited almost an hour until another lady came to help just for her to tell me she did not know and walked away

Showed up at 8:50 pm to grab something real quick only to find all doors locked. Sign says 9pm not 8:50. Ridiculous.
