I usually do not post reviews, but after running into the same problem again and again at this Starbucks location.. I felt compelled to write a review. 90% of the time I go to this particular Starbucks(drive-through), the employee at the window is unwelcoming. They are not inviting and cheerful.. but instead are rude or just look very unhappy to be there. They serve me with minimal customer service and Ive been ignored when trying to be friendly. ONCE in a while there is a nice and welcoming employee.. but its rare at this Starbucks. They need to hire people who at least look like they want to be there to serve the customers with a happy attitude. Ive worked in customer service and I know what its like. Weve all had bad days but time and time again.. I see a sour face at the window.

Horrible experience. I went through the drive through with my car window down. Happened to hear the man in front of me offer to pay for my coffee and the people behind me, and behind them, as far as the bill would cover. He handed the barista the bill. The barista put it in his pocket as a "tip"... I pulled up to the window, and the barista told me my total. I said "didnt I just hear the guy in front of me pay for mine and the rest of ours?" he said "Oh, yeah" and handed me a card for a free drink. I tried to call the manager, and was told it was the same guy at the window. Wont be returning to this Starbucks.

Uhm. Idk why you guys act like its good?? I get the same thing from all starbucks locations and this one is the ONLY one i dont tip. I get a butterbeer frap. Three pumps toffee nut and three pumps caramel. They either put nothing in. Only one flavor. Or worse like this morning they put an excessive amount of toffee. Im not one to complain ever but holy cow it tore my stomach up and Im still sick over it. I will NEVER stop by here again. I was gonna get like 5 drinks from here to give to my friends week after next. Can i get a oh hell no?? Im not FOOD POISONING MY FRIENDS. Jesus.

I have never been treated so badly at a Starbucks. Part of the reason I go to Starbucks is because of the friendly service. I do not stop at this location often, but I did today. Next time Ill go to Dunkin Doughnuts instead. A man with long brown curly hair wearing a brown bandana was so rude. I will not be returning to this location.

The service is acceptable and the checkout speed is faster than most. The main issue with this location is accessing the parking lot and drive-thru window. The entrance is in a terrible location and there isnt a way to bypass the drive-thru line to access the parking lot.

Location is fine and there is lots of seating inside. However, the parking lot and drive thru arrangement is terrible in the mornings or peak busy times. Definitely hard to go inside if youre not wanting to wait in the drive thru line just to get inside.

Great service. Ordered by mobile app and my drink was ready quickly. However, be aware that the parking lot is small and awkward to get to without blocking traffic. Better to park in the adjacent shopping center and walk over during busy times.

Baristas are always pleasant, drinks are consistently made to Starbucks standards and lines move quite well during peak hours I live closer to the West End (@ 30th) drive-thru, and wait time there is horrible.

This Starbucks staff powers through incredibly high volume traffic, almost around the clock. Unfortunately, parking and driving around the building is a pain due to the tight parking lot.

Thankfully this place has Google Wifi now! This is a great Starbucks if you patronize at the right times (not during lunch or rush hour). Some of the baristas are not very friendly...
