First time getting an Alignment done on my truck at this Company. It was completed and out the door. Three days later I noticed my steering wheel was cocked off to the right about a half inch while driving straight. I took my truck to the best alignment shop in Columbia which is Ammco. Once on the machine the Toe on both front tires was off by quite a bit and they had to adjust tie rod to straighten up steering wheel now that should have been checked and fixed the first time. Ammco fixed the Alignment and straightened up the steering wheel. NOW THE INTERESTING PART. Went back to Discount Tire Pros of West Columbia and was told no refund because I should have let them fix the problems, NOW I dont know about anyone else but if you dont do it right the first time you are not TOUCHING my truck again. So I was offered an oil change or a free Alignment. I guess she didnt get what I was telling her in that you are not touching my truck again. Had the documents from the new Alignment and what was fixed and nothing. Just offered free services. You are not touching my truck again. Customer service and proper training in America has dropped and its all about Money and not admitting your mistakes and correcting it. I would advise never to go get an Alignment there. I cant say anything about other services but when you pay for something do it right. Never again going back.

Took tires to Discount Tire to be mounted and aligned, was told they were unable to align because multiple parts were too worn and needed replacing at an estimated $800 out of pocket. Took elsewhere for a second opinion and walked out with aligned tires for $60, none of the problems listed by Discount Tire were noted by the mechanic who did the alignment. NICE TRY, DISCOUNT TIRE.

Honest, friendly service. These guys really interact with their customers on a 1-to-1 basis and make sure we get the service we need. The work done was with professionalism, and at an incredible price. Yes, they could make the waiting room more clean, and more comfortable, then I could get my wife to go instead of me having to do it!

I was told to bring my car in and that it would only take half an hour. Once I got there they said it would be at least two hours. Needless to say I did not wait around to buy their tires. You get what you pay for. I do recommend using their prices and going to sears which has excellent efficient service and having them price match.

My first experience at Discount Tire was dealing to buy tires from a representative named Gina. She was well versed on the type tire that would be good for my driving purposes. She is a excellent employee of this company and I love the way they treat you, like family. Check them out , they know customer service.

Not part of the national chain of stores. At the moment, the closest Discount Tire with that affiliation is in Greenville SC. Nice people that do good work though!
