I wanted to mark less than a star. Rack fell on my cart( that my less than 2 yr old was in) the wheels were messed up. My boyfriend approached a sales or cashier and they informed him that they were aware of it and only came over to check it because I made a scene Infront of other customers. Everything was mismarked including a nice formal dress that I was okay spending the other price on bc it was still a good deal for what it was but didnt have the right signage or any signage for formal dresses. And she said people kept taking it down it broke so they didnt have it anymore. That means that anyone trying to get a deal on a very nice dress will go up to the register and get told no its $10 and hes we know its mismarked but we wont help at all in the slightest. I dont remember goodwill ever being lack on their safety and mismarking of product. I wont be back. I work in retail I understand, but you will lose business with mismarking and if the rack had actually injured my son I would be seeing the hell out of goodwill for their knowledge of the broken rack and the fact that they did nothing about it while I was there and didnt even apologize that it fell on my cart.

I love shopping at Goodwill but I am saddened that as a purchaser and donor, I drop things off for free and then at a new purchase I am asked to round up my order so the monies can go to employees. I dont mind helping others but when you are already donating to help then why ask for more. Not to mention the prices keep going up for used clothes and items. Maybe offer donors a 10% off of next purchase for donating items, because not everyone itemizes and can use the receipt. This would be a better way to show the same kind gesture to those who buy, donate and round up to help employees. Kindness should be returned not hoarded.

Overpriced household items and "specialty" clothes. The cashiers are rude and most of the time when you tell them no thank you when they ask of they can round up the the nearest dollar to support which ever bullcrap fund they have, they do it anyways.

Always find a little treasure in here. Ive never had a bad experience here and will continue to come every once in a while and hope their prices come down, catch a 50% off day, or items that are marked low but.have good value.
