The manager at this location has a very nasty attitude and she, Donna, doesnt need to be working in customer service. My husband purchased some sunglasses from this location on last night, but found an empty box today. He drives trucks so he was not able to go back to the store today. He called and when I went into the store to report the concern, the manager was not hearing anything but a receipt. I asked if she wanted his info for later when he returned and she said no. She also didnt have the # for the corporate office or the name and # of her direct report. This was my second encounter with Donna and her nasty attitude. Not a good choice for a manager or customer service position. 11/09/2015

My phone was left on the counter and the cashier gave it to a gentleman that came back into the store and claimed it. My picture was the screensaver and it was locked. She did not ask him any questions, at least that is what several customers said. I feel there should have had to be some type of verification.. calling it, unlocking it or telling what the screensaver was. Anything that would have took more than 5 seconds. That is the 3rd time that I have been to this location in the last month and had a bad experience. AND I am probably one of Dollar Generals biggest shoppers. I am in one of their stores almost everyday.

I usually end up at this location fairly late and after dark because of some last minute something I need to grab. The parking lot is dark and usually has someone hanging around outside approaching random customers as they go in and out of the store. During daylight hours, I have no issue with this store. After dark, Im very apprehensive when I need to shop here.

I do not know what has changed at this location, but it was not for the best. The past couple of time my husband has been in, the line waiting to check out was extremely long. Tonight he could see the line waiting from the parking lot, so he took his business to another store. It is a shame because we use to go there quit often. Hope it changes soon.......
