More people should patronize this store. Its clean, organized and stocked well. Kmarts clothes are much better quality and more fashionable than Walmarts (whose clothes I wont buy). I find many things here more to my liking than Belks. I like that they have a small amount of Sears appliances and home and garden items available. More would be great! They need to do a better job of having prices labeled on some items especially at the entrance on feature items. The associates and management are civil but not always helpful, well informed or especially friendly.

Store doesnt carry much product, no one is around to help you, and the store manager is one of the most absurd people Ive ever come across. He had the audacity to call me a scam artist for trying to use a valid coupon in store. Tried to take down my drivers license info and phone number to see if it was valid, and then had the nerve to call me later to say hell accept it. Sorry buddy, but I went to Walmart and used my coupon without being labeled a thief. I would NEVER shop here again if I HAD to.

I ordered a couple of items online and had them shipped to the Conway store. Was promised a cetain date to pick up and they still have not arrived and apparently whoever is working customer service thinks if they put me on hold long enough that Ill just give up. I really hate this store, but every so often they have a deal I cant pass up. Just wish they werent so incompetent. I should have had my order sent to Sears at the mall. Id probably have it by now or at least know when!!

Very poor service come to Kmart and ask for customer service and you wait over 30 mins and no one come to Assist you. I had to call on my cell phone to the service desk for assistance and still didnt get no service at all

Will not answer the phone, no cashiers on duty (theyre at the Service desk watching that poor woman run the store alone as they complain), prices are not competitive, bathrooms are dirty, grossly understaffed

Over priced and crappy! Shelves were not stocked, hard to find the simplest things like toilet paper, food is nasty- i literally found bugs in an unopened pack of oatmeal. I will not be going back!

They have improved staff in the last year which is nice but i feel like every time i shop i end up having to call the 800 number because they cant fixa receipt when something rings up wrong.

Rude and Uncaring employees, they dont have stuff on their shelves. Are you going out of business? Please do so already. No crafts department! And this is a branch of SEARS pathetic.

Store was clean. Shelves were well stocked. Employees were difficult to find for help and only one cashier open but was able to check out pretty quickly.

I swear they set the thermostat on 90. Go there for something on sale and 9 out of 10 times youre going to get charged full price at the register.
