I loved this store until yesterday. The customer toilets were out of order and the gentleman who was posting the signs told me to use the bathroom located on the second floor. I have traveled in third World countries and the mens room at the Bluffton Krogers was reminiscent of those in South America or Africa. The floor was littered, the toilet bowl had feces glued to it, there was a plunger lying on the filthy floor, the paper towel dispenser was empty and the toilet paper dispenser was broken. The employees are supposed to wash their hands.....with no towels for them to dry their hands, I fear that my food is going to contain some undesirable bacteria. This is not a nice way to treat the employees and Im going to rethink the Bluffton Krogers as my first place to shop

Absolutely the worst Kroger I have ever been to ! Lazy management. - especially seaun Pearson. The assistant manager ! He wont help you no matter what . Cant believe they employ someone who is so lacking in the VERRY essence of customer service . This store is always dirty and out of most everything , you will have to complete your shopping elsewhere because it is tun so poorly , the store manager told me its because people here are lazy. ! I told him he doesnt know how to manage his employees .

On more than one occasion, the speed of service at the Deli counter has been terrible. Seems to get worse when theres multiple shoppers in line. The service is worse than USPS! Does anyone there teach employees customer service? I only hope the new Kroger on Buckwalter does a better job teaching their employees, or Publix will eat them up.

I hate every time I go to Kroger because half of the handicap scooters yesterday the one I was on broke down in the middle of the road there all junk . Then in the store they have displays every where try maneuvering the scooter thru there maze at least Wal-Marts scooters work and theres enough of them

The store has always been clean when I shop there. The staff is not very knowledgeable and the meat department could be stocked better. The lady in the seafood department is very friendly and helpful. The cashiers are not very friendly and seem put out to have to wait on customers.

This store is not customer oriented, the cashiers/customer service are not friendly and I have given them feedback on this before and it has not improved. Go to Publix off of Buck Island Road and they will go the extra mile to treat you right.

This location is the epi-center of the Shelter Cove redevelopment. It has a wide selection or items, good pricing and is convenient to get in and out of. It may be the only Kroger in the country with a waterfront park as its neighboor

Well tonight I got caught in the rain so I stopped at Kroger to get something to eat everything was closing in the deli so I waited around patiently then the store security guard start to follow me I feel like he singled me out

They always have what I need, and their always having good sales! I especially love finding marked down yellow stickers on items Im looking for!! I definitely recommend shopping at Kroger!!

I avoid this Kroger like the plague. The shelves are always empty, the prices arent that good, and the employees seem like they would be happier if nobody ever talked to them.

Good rates on food, but some of what you buy might be expired and hasnt been pulled from the shelves. Check the expiration date on what you grab.
