Showed up at 11:05 am and shop was closed. Door and voicemail says they open at 11. Waited 10 more minutes, still no one. Asked the business next door and they said its hit and miss if they open on time but usually late. Poor business practice, will definitely go elsewhere from now on.

Great selection and a hidden gem at the waterfront district of Newport. They even have one of my favs Kristoff with the orange label Sumatra wrapper. Picked up a great Xikar lighter as well. A must visit if youre in Newport.
