Up until today would I have given this pharmacy a 5 star, I love the staff and had never had an issue with the pharmacist before. After recieveing my medication I counted it in my car like I always do and realized it was 4 short, no big deal, so I go in and instead of a reaction like "oh my god let me double check I didnt leave any back here, or lets count them together" I was screamed at and told to never come back by the male pharmacist, which needless to say I wont. Its not going to kill me that its a few short but being screamed at was hurtful, and its just the principal. No one whos a loyal customer deserves that. Im sure theres people out there who lie about medication and maybe thats why he reacted how he did but you cant treat everyone like that. After reading other reviews about the male pharmacist Im not surprised.

Did not put one of my prescriptions in the bag taped the stickers to the one prescription to the instructions for the other prescription. When I get them to count their inventory for that certain drug they told me they cant later then said I talk to the pharmacist and she said she she did put the medication in the bag and I lost it I need to look around. Basically refused to believe that they could have made a mistake and screwed me over this medication is expensive and now I have my birth control for the month I am not coming back there

Have been visiting Woodlyn Pharmacy for my pharmaceutical needs since I moved into the area in 2007 and have never had a problem. Knowledgeable staff and I prefer over major drug store because of their more personal service.

They are wonderful to deal with when the female pharmacist is working. As for the male pharmacist he lacks customer service skills. I plan on using the competition from now on due to him.
