Dawn Call

Photos-- I dont have them print photos that I want to last a long time, just some scrapbook pics for my son. Out of 5 times -- 3 times there has been an issue. The last time was a paper issue with the machine. Today- I sent in my order early this morning with a pick up time of 11am. I go to pick them up at 1:30-- They show the pics in the system but the printer is not doing them. Can I please resend the order online at home and they have a tech coming in at 2pm? So I have resent them. But I ask is it so hard to make a phone call for customer service to ask I resend them before customer drives up there? When you first notice the problem. Pics are needed for Scouts tonight.

Absolutely the MOST HORRIBLE experience!!! People who are dealing with photos in the store APPARENTLY have NO Background knowledge on photography. ALL my negatives ARE RUINED by chemical stains and a million finger prints and can NOT be cleaned. If you take photography seriously, do NOT go to CVS for development. You know how it feels when you see your work become trash especially those you have invested a lot of effort!!!!!! Terrible, horrible, absolutely do NOT recommend!!

This place is ridiculous for trying to check out. Whoever is the manager should be fired. This has been going on for at least a year. They have one person at the register and the other employees are screwing around pulling tags off items or other work that should be done when closed. Not to mention they are not the brightest employees.... to be nice about it...McDonalds wouldnt hire them...slackers

All the employees greet and try to help as much as they can. Even though corporate should fix problems with cards and coupons, the employees should not be blamed for that! I come here every saturday and even though the lines are long the employees are friendly. The pharmacy has long lines but they are not unhelpful with prescriptions. Overall, very enjoyable

If you think you should go to the pharmacy, read this and other reviews. Then go the extra mile, and give your business elsewhere. I have been here multiple times and every single experience was worse than the last. Only rude employees that dont care work here.

Im not sure what everyone is expecting, but its CVS. C.V.S. You buy things, and you leave. They do like sending me coupons. I like coupons. Havent had any bad experiences in the store. Pharmacy has taken some time. Where else can i get my little Chotchkies?

By far the worst Pharmacy I have had to go to. Long wait times (even after they text you saying it is ready), rude employees, low and limited medications and they will just let the phone ring and ring. Management or Corporate needs to step in immediately.

Coming from a providers office to call in a patients RX this pharmacy has unpleasant staff to speak with when you are only trying to help a customer. They need to learn better customer service and drop the attitude.

If it wasnt for the drive-through pharmacy this place would be closed...oh wait they cant even operate that properly! Only when I called and complained to corporate they were able to "find my prescription"

Terrible. Managers should be fired. Pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous and employees are always rude. Asked to speak to a manager and was told "there isnt one." Conshohocken needs a better pharmacy!!

The line is always at least 6 people deep at this CVS. I ran here a couple times in a hurry to purchase one item and Ive had to wait at least 10 minutes in line. Severely understaffed...ugh!
