Terrible customer service. Checkout person lied right to my face and backed it up with more lies. I cant wait to the day they privatize liquor stores in PA. Then the stores will survive on their prices and customer service. As it stands now, people like those working checkout at this store are just aweful. Why can they get away with it? There is no consequence when working at state run monopoly.

Store wouldnt honor a published sale price even though I showed them the ad which was still active online. I would have been ok with this if they had posted something in the store about a mistake being made but the had not done that nor did they correct the website. Store managerwas very rude about it!

Its a bit far from my house but this location is my favorite in the allentown area. Their selection is so much better than any of the others Ive been to so far and the staff are absolutely wonderful and sweet. Definitely recommend this location.

Not a fan of the state store system but staff is always very helpful and I am almost always able to purchase quality wines from all over the globe. Noticing more and more discounts in-store and through newspaper advertising.
