I had a very complicated situation with lots of confusion between a business line and personal line, transferring lines etc. In addition I decided to ditch cable and move to direct TV. I couldnt be more pleased with Ashley and Jorge and the team at this store. I was there over 2 hours getting things right. They were so friendly and extremely thorough. The store got busy and they didnt make anyone wait because of my issues. Everyone was helped and customer service was nothing less then top notch. I couldnt be more impressed. Ashley is now my first goto for anything ATT or directTV related with my account, almost like a local account rep without having to deal with the 800 numbers and waiting to talk to someone. A truly wonderful experience. Kudos to Jorge and his team! Great job!

Was in there a few days ago and dealt with the most amazing sweet women. Helped me and my mom who had so many questions! She took the time to listen to us and actually hear what we were saying! I normally hate upgrading and having to deal with anything with my phone! She made it such a great experience! I will from now on come to this store Sabrina was such a breath of fresh air had a smile on her face from start to finish! I would recommend her 100%. Thanks you Sabrina for such a wonderful experience!

Ive had a frustrating experience with AT&T in the past few months in Maryland where I am from, and stopped at this location on my way to visit family in the area. What a breath of fresh air, finally!!! I was in and out in a timely fashion, and every member of the staff I dealt with actually helped me and solved my ongoing issue, that the usual store I frequent just couldnt seem to get right. I will gladly go out of my way to come here vs a store just 5 minutes from my house. Thank you!!!

I went in looking for a new phone, Jorge was very knowledgeable about which phones had the best hardware. I went from android to iPhone and Im very happy that he helped me find a phone to better suit my lifestyle. The store and display phones were clean and everyone I talked to was kind.

What a great experience here. I dealt with the store manager Jorge and he was amazing. He listened to all my Wireless needs and recommended what was best. I now have an awesom smart phone and Direct TV. If you have AT&T Jorge is the man to see.
