in the hard times I would go to capital cash exchange. I would bring in the line tools name brand and they would give me less all the other stores would give me for my stuff. Give me very little for your items and take advantage of you because youre in a bad spot in you need money I recommend no 1 here especially if youre a person who is in a bad spot and needs a little extra get by. They are like a bunch of predators at CCE. I know cause I heard them talking when they thought no one was listening about how to take advantage of people who seem desperate for money and get it for almost nothing. And laugh and said they just bought a practicaly new drill which was worth at least 200 bucks for 15 dollars. Then laugh and say he was a cracknhead or just about the stupid it person alive for sure. You gotta act like you got a million of them, pick out the littlest scrapes and make them into a very big deal, and tell the customer look I dont even want it Im just offering fifteen bucks to be nice its really not that good of a name brand anyway people want werner not rigid now. Just lie upon lie and dont tell them you took bus thier or somethin they would offer you even less and say you need to make it home I need to make a buck. These people are evil and thats why this place will fall eventually.DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED HONEST BUSINESS AND A FAIR PRICE BECAUSE 10 OUT OF 10 TIMES YOU WONT GET IT. !!!!!!!! PASS IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner of this facility seems to have an arrogant aura about himself. He was very condescending while conversing with me. The facility was dirty and disorganized. Items on display were disheveled and dusty some items were grungy. The employees didnt smile. They seemed unhappy. Items were priced at the same rate as the same or similar items in a department store. Some brands were even low line brands priced highly. The employees are bad liars, but liars all the same. An employee and I shook on a price quote and the owner, Nick came over to the register mid-transaction and denied the original deal I shook on. When I told him Id already been through the bartering process with his employee and we had agreed on a price already he shrugged a me and said verbatim, So!? I own the place. Making his employee seem incompetent and in turn insulting both of us. Very dirty and shady both physically and in the aura or feel of the room. I still have the heebie jeebies.. Very upsetting. I dont recommend this place.

This place is FANTASTIC. The store is overflowing with merchandise that is good quality and fairly priced. You can find almost anything you can think of in this store. The owner is a super nice guy, and doesnt beat around the bush when it comes to business. He lets you know exactly what the item your selling him goes for online, exactly how much he will sell it for, and the profit margin hell make on the item. When you go in, you dont feel cheated out of your money like some of the other big players in the area. He takes time with you, talks to you, and helps you find what youre looking for, even if youre on a budget. This is why when I want to find some cheap electronics, sell my used stuff, or trade up equipment, I will never go to pawn plus or any other buy and sell in the area again.

Even though it looks like somebodys garage blew up and the whole place smells like diesel fumes and mildew, they have a lot to rummage through and the prices are exactly the same as on E Bay. I think its a great place to buy something cheap for that someone in your life that isnt all that great. But a reminder to you is not to sell there, they still dont have that part down yet and from the looks of it, they never will by the time they get shut down. Oh, they have decent prices on tvs.

I dont appreciate the owner, Nick, being such a creep. I understand its a pawn shop and to not set the bar too high, but hes lucky I didnt contact the police with his arrogance and lack of boundaries. Beware ladies! He seems to think if you pawn an unused household item, you are exchanging it for something else.

I called to see if someone had pawned my stolen wedding bands and he refused to let me see what people took in or even let me give a description. Very shady. Why wouldnt you help someone who lost or had their bands stolen? Disgusting. Contacting police about this uncaring person who is probably acting illegally.

Called to see if they would pawn an item, get there told cant do it at Pottstown location, have to go to reading location. Get to reading location and was told they dont pawn this type of items. This place is a joke.

Absolutely the best pawn shop in the area. Makes the other shops look bad with their quality and selection. Employees are helpful and courteous and Nick is a great guy always willing to work with you.
