The customer experience really needs to improve. Early this morning I went to purchase one soda. There was only one line open and my cashier was Carolyn M. There were two customers in front of me and Carolyn was super chatty with each one which held up the line somewhat. Not enough to complain about but enough to notice. The customer before me stayed and chatted with Carolyn as Carolyn processed my soda. Carolyn was asking about this womans grandkids and wanted to see pictures (but the woman didnt have them, what a pity). Im writing because Carolyn didnt greet me with a HELLO, didnt thank me for my purchase, didnt say "have a nice day," and she didnt give me the monopoly game piece!! She processed my order and took my money all while talking to the previous customer and acting like I didnt exist. I was going to ask her for the game piece as I do play the game, but I wanted to see just how far her poor service would go. The service I received today was disgusting, and I WILL NOT BE BACK! Id rather have a self-check out line that is at least expedient if Im going to be ignored. At least the self-check out line would be more convenient and less disheartening. ugh.

This is not about the actual post office but its route delivery people.This new female delivery person doesnt even bring my mail to my door she puts it in a chair on my porch...that is so unacceptable....

Just adequate neighborhood strip mall. There is a small Acme without the bells and whistles of a beer garden/cafe, a Subway sandwich shop, neighborhood pizza place and barebones Chinese takeout.
