I recently purchased a pair of driving shoes. In the store, they seemed like they fit, but after walking 3 blocks in them, and driving home, they were too tight. I called the store to see if they had the next size up. They said they had it at their other location, I asked if I could exchange them at that store. They asked me if I wore them outside, I told them "yes, for 3 blocks". They said they would not allow me to exchange them once they were worn outside. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy. I could understand if I wore them for a few days, but I asked to exchange them 30 minutes after purchasing. The shoes were still brand new. They tried stretching them, but it did not help. I am stuck with these shoes that I will never wear.
