I am very disappointed in the recent service at this store. My family has been coming here for years, but the newer staff do not have any interest in promoting Customer Service or maintaining existing customers. Also, the store does not publish its cancellation policy - they will not see you if you arrive 12 minutes late for an appointment. And, they will do nothing to reschedule or help you in any way if you are 12 minutes late. I was stuck in traffic before an appointment recently - my husband had an appointment right before me - and I called him and told him that I was running late. He told the doctor and the receptionists that I was running late and left the store (this was 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start).. I arrived - literally - within 2 minutes of his departure - and the receptionists told me the doctor would not see me. They didnt try to help reschedule or do anything to help the situation. I asked why they didnt tell my husband that my appointment would be canceled, so that I would know not to even bother coming in, but they offered no explanation, no sympathy, and, ultimately, no help to reschedule or find a different appointment for me. My business and that of my family obviously mean nothing to this company. The good news is, there are a lot of other good Eye Care options available in our area.

I have been a customer for glasses here for years. I love the frames and the fantastic service. A+++ from me all the Way!! The other day I needed an appointment and help for my eyes. I saw Dr Clayman on a Saturday. She is wonderful and I got the prescription I needed. They are all very friendly and professional here. The great selection of frames and sunglasses is great and best on the Main Line. My favorites are the Tiffany and Coach selection.

I had Silhouette rimless made here; very poor workmanship. Even worse, the temple and center was misaligned visible to naked eyes. I started getting headaches because of that. They replaced the lens for me but the new ones are misaligned as well. They did not even made the shape of rimless right. Stay away from this place.

Amazing store!! The staff are so polite and are always on task! I would recommend this to everyone! I had a small budget for glasses. When, one of employees recommended a pair for me. Those glasses had the best perscription ever!! I will recommend this to everyone I know! I will be back for more pairs of glasses soon!!

The staff is super nice. I entered the store at 5:55 pm, 5 minutes before the store close, to repair my sunglasses. The staff worked on it for ten minutes and fixed it for me. They didnt charge anything.
