Local pharmacy in our small town. Store is always clean and well stocked. Prescription pickup is great-- there was an emergency fill once, and they had a prescription ready in an hour-- wow! I have no idea why the other reviewer said "Rite Aid has my business now.", because there is not really a Rite Aid that is helpful/functional in the area, unless you go to Hellertown or Plumsteadville-- which are both dirty and old stores, which never has a pharmacist in. ONE THING: Please sign up for the ExtraCare card! The rewards from it are unbelievable if you shop there frequently.

Gave me a hard time about filling my daughters prescription because the doctor put her old address on the prescriotion ( she just moved in with me). Ive been there weekly filling the same or similar prescriptions, for the past month. Did not even confirm address, date of birth etc.... And then they stupidly mention a,doctor that is she has never seen. Its obvious they looked up the wrong person. Ive been a customer since they opened. Rite Aid is getting my business now.

They are always friendly and helpful in Ottsville pharmacy. Either the store employees such as Kathy who will answer any question and find something for my little grandson to the pharmacy who are eager to help.
