Excellent selection of food with frequent specials. Prices are in line with most supermarkets, and cheaper if you pick items on sale, especially for meats. They also have self-scan checkout, where you carry a scanner and scan in items as you shop, saving you considerable time at check-out time. The downside is, the machines have been unreliable, sometimes refusing to scan. Ive also twice been chosen at random to have my order validated (i.e. scanned to make sure Im not ripping them off). That was really annoying. At least they gave me a $2 coupon each time for my troubles. The downside for those of us in the New Hope area is its really the only practical option so its often crowded. Plus, its a large store, making a "quick trip for a couple items" difficult.

Management team is very poor and rude. Treats their associates like dogs. Wouldnt not shop with giant overall. Costco really knows how to treat employees and you get a much better bang for your buck! Its a really happy experience shopping at Costco. Also, its amazing how different in quality the products are. If you think giant has good meat and seafood Im sorry but your horribly mistaken. Its gross and I know many that have gotten sick off from eating it. I myself have gotten fish thinking it was fresh. I unwrapped it to prep it for dinner and the smell made me throw up. Costco quality of ALL products are outstanding! Try Costco please! You will not be let down!

Its not OK. Sice their expansion they seem to have more product but not as manygood coices as they Did. They seldom have specialty items often used in todays food interested shoppers. We Mans has a far better selection of foods, spices, condiments and specially items. Its worth the trip from New Hope. They do business only since they are the only game in town. Sad situation. Buy yellow onions at Tanners and they keep well for much, much longer than those at Giant and Tanners is, on many produce items up to 50 percent less $. But were over a barrel and thats just fine with this foreign owned food store. Screwed to the wall -:(

This store stocks Fairlife whole and fat free (lactose free) milk but it never seems to keep the 2% fat Fairlife on the shelf. (Today, in fact revealed that there were about six bottles of whole milk and 12 bottles of fat free!) When I spoke to customer service the response was a shrug; same when I spoke to the lady at checkout. The store management isnt watching their demand closely enough to ensure that customers can get the product that they want to buy. (Superfresh in town did a better job at stocking their inventory for this product.)

From out of town. Walked right by the station where you have to purchase beer and the guy was playing on his phone and said nothing to me. I didnt see the small sign that says beer and wine must be purchased at a separate register than the checkout register. Went to checkout regularly and they informed me of this, so I run over to the beer and wine guy and hes taken off for the night. Not really a big deal but get off your phone when youre at work dude.

The worst Giant store in the area. Never any stock. What giant would be out of grd beef every day? The staff is surly at best and frequently rude. Stock is so poor, that I go to the Jamison, pa store, because its cleaner, always has what I am looking for & there is no staff tude. The store got bigger and just worst. Hire a manager to control that staff!

WORST produce section ever. Everything looks like it has about 1 or 2 days of life left in it. ALWAYS out of meat and any items on sale. But fear not - theyll shelve similar items where the sale items SHOULD be. And I dont ever think Ive been there where theres more than 2 registers being worked (other than the self check out registers).

Only wish we had more choices, if Giant doesnt stock it, too bad. If you ask, they will order but not stock routinely and will charge too price. Cant beat the convenience, selection, prices & service. Its just those special items you ask for that are not stocked, maybe if they had a special item order area or customer selection area?

If you want the best selection of organic meat, this is your Giant. They have two full rows of organic food too. Some others only have 1. I try to not eat GMOs and this store helps.

Big store, lots of parking, open 24 hours. Decent produce section, good selection of beer as well but you contend with PA laws. The only game in Lambertville or New Hope.

Nicely renovated a few years ago. Sells beer and wine as well. They rarely have enough registers open on busy weekends, but cashiers are friendly and quick.
