Let me tell you, I dont usually have a problem here, but tonight I received truly appalling service. After ordering food with my wife, she was checking the bag to make sure we had everything when an employee rudely insisted that "everything is there". Upon arriving home, we found that one of our items was completely devoid of all the toppings ($3 worth of upcharges). We returned somewhat perturbed, especially since an employee specifically insisted that everything was there, and requested that the whole order be remade (why should we have to eat the rest cold because of their mistake?) There was a lot of attitude and blaming of a single person who was conveniently no longer there. So extremely disappointed in the poor handling of this situation.

Whats not to love about saving .03 a gallon for being a Sheetz member. Show your Sheetz card when purchasing food and drinks, and after you reach a certain number of items (drinks: buy 10 get 1 free), then the next item is free. If you havent tried the macaroni and cheese bites, youre not living. Also, awesome deal on 2 dogs and a drink!

Check your bag before you leave, they have forgotten to put items ordered in bag on several occasions. I ordered Cheese sticks, was given the bag only to get home and go to enjoy my delicious treat and find out all was given was napkins and Marinara, very disappointed!!

Had the worst chicken breakfast sandwich ever. All other food is great but their chicken patty for the chicken biscuit was not chicken maybe some other meat. Could not eat it. Go to Sheetz but skip the breakfast chicken.

I loved it because they have the cleanest facilities and the hardest working staff. One employee (Tesla) is very professional and made my dining experience the bees knees! CHECK EM OUT!
