When my bathrooom was first finished I loved it. Then a few problems started to come about. The bathtub leaked into the kitchen. They came and "fixed" it. It kept happening. The last time they came they said it is fixed-not to call again- but the drywall on the kitchen ceiling is wet and bulging. Same problem as 4 yrs. ago. Never really fixed. Never used a primer to paint so all the knotholes in the lower level of bathroom have bled through. The shower stall was never slanted but flat. You have to stand in 2-3 inches of water and use a squigy. They gave me 200$ I have to admit I was intimitdated but now I am not. I just wish I never used them(DEPOT ON CARLISLE PIKE) and that I never gave them permission to use pictures of the finished work. Between 25,000-30,000$

My husband and I arrived at the store at 8am when they opened. upon entering the store, there was a female manager screaming at the top of her lungs at an elderly female employee for not being at her register at exactly 8am (even though it was 8:01am). I could hear here yelling throughout the whole store. I was very upset and uncomfortable. then the cashier was horribly rude (after we spent $ 700), he said they might not have someone to load our truck and dismissed us. I understand people have a rough day, but this was beyond ridiculous. we will be taking our business to Lowes. (Don and Al were great there and very nice).

5 stars because they sell better products. Bought a kobalt Tool chest from lowes, cant get the drawers to stay closed, rattles, was dented when I took it out of the box. Bought a husky from here, no complaints at all, far better built, and home Depot offers more selection. Lowes insists in only kobalt tools. They should be called Low-Balt.

Our latest experience at this Home Depot was amazing. I cant say enough good things about the Manager, Dennis, & all of the associates. We were rushing to find a few last minute things as the store was about to close. We were so impressed with how helpful, knowledgeable, kind & courteous everyone was.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying products at Home Depot. An associate named Sherry has been very helpful she is extremely knowledgeable and guided me in getting the right product .I cant think of anything Home Depot could have done to make the experience more positive!

Its a pretty standard Home Depot. They had helpful staff who knew where things were. It wasnt too crowded, either. Maybe thats because I went on the Saturday before Easter Sunday? Whatever the reason, I didnt have trouble getting help when I needed it.

I like Lowes the store but Home Depot the people. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service. The people are slowly winning me over from Lowes.
