I might be being harsh, but I frequent many Starbucks locations and have high expectations (which most locations usually meet). This location frequently has a 5+ car line at the drive through. The service inside the store is slow too. I prefer to order ahead with the app about 10 minutes ahead of time to avoid having to wait. However, several times after placing a mobile order Ill come in to pick it up only to discover the employees havent picked the ticket yet, so I end up having to wait anyway. Also, the entrance and exit to this location is circuitous and limited. Not very convenient.

Coffee and whatever things they sell are great as any other location. The majority of the staff is very nice to the customers, but some are very loud. I like to come here to study or read and never really mind noise, but it is abnormally loud at times. I dont know if a few of the staff are highschool students or not, but whenever their friends come through its like a party. im all about the neighborhood vibe but its alot louder then other locations ive been at. Other then that its a great place. Only gave it 4 stars for the noise at times.

The young woman working the drive through this afternoon (12:30 PM) was not engaged when taking my order and my money. She was short and did not seem thrilled to be working. The line was also very slow, so they may have been short staffed, or she may be new and requires more customer service training. Other staff that I have encountered have been very nice.

Poor quaility. Ordered a Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate through drive- thru.. what do i get?... a half empty cup! Sure the drink is great but... a half empty grande at almost 4 dollars, thats unacceptable.

Service is slow and even the drive thru takes forever. The drinks and food are as expected but its faster to run into wawa and make your own coffee than go wait in the drive thru for one.

One of the best Starbucks locations in the area. Great staff, they are very nice. They know me by name now even when I use mobile pick up on my Starbucks app. Way better than Wawa!
