I had a very unpleasant experience with customer service at the Walking Company. The store manager was very rude and condescending. Also I didnt find the employees to be very knowledgeable about the product. They store is understaffed. The prices are high.

prices high, bought shoes that were sent to the house, put orthotics in and lost dansko insoles, would not take shoes back, so Im out $120 for shoes I cannot wear. More selection on line. Good place for information but dont buy there
