Terrible service! There were 4 employees standing around the counter talking while my husband was looking for and trying on pants. They watched me walk back and forth several times finding sizes for him before I commented that it was great they had time to talk and dust while I did their job. Adam then said that if I needed help, I could have asked. Really? Thats THEIR job - to determine needs and help us, the customers. As someone who has spent a career working retail, I find it extremely disappointing to not receive the same level of customer service that I train my employees to give when I shop other companies. I will not be shopping Eastern Mountain Sports again.

A very nice place to go shopping for all kinds of outdoor equipment. The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful and will work with you one-on-one to make sure you find exactly what you need within your price range.
