Worst service ever. I came in looking for a replacement electrical connection for my mast. I had been looking for about a minute before the clerk came over to try and help me. He was un-knowledgeable to say the least. As I was explaining the part to him, the phone rang and he left to answer it. 50 mins later after waiting for him to finish on the phone and help other customers as he was "dont worry sir, im getting right back to you, let me just help these folks first" I finally gave up and left the store.

Five Star service is what we found. Unlike Bill my experience over the last month has been five star. We have been restoring our sailboat and have been almost every other day, if not every day, for this or that. We have been working with Joe, the manager. He is knowledgeable and if he doesnt have what you need hell tell you where you can find it. One of the many times visited they were short staffed and the fellow was new. We told Joe about it.

Joe and his staff provide top notch service. They know you by name. This store is small and sometimes you have to go to a larger store to get what you need. This does not detract from my five star rating as they will order the item ASAP or reserve it at a nearby larger store.

This is by far the best west marine store Ive ever been to. Joe learned my first name the second time I came in the store. They bend over backwards to help you. The service cant be beat. Id give them 10 stars if possible.

Love Joe. Your problem is his problem. He will do anything he can to help. This a comparatively small store but usually has the essentials. Might be worth a phone call to see if they have what you are looking for.
