I do a lot of my own shipping, so I rarely go into a shipping place; but I had a really, really fragile and tough to pack art piece that I just gave up on and let them do. I have to say that they did an absolutely superb job packing it -- much better than I would have done -- and did not charge nearly as much as I would have thought. Definitely recommended!
