Customer service is a joke. I went tonight to return some things and it wasnt busy, there was no line just me. I stood there for ten minutes because the three employees working customer service tonight needed to gossip about their co-workers. I was polite and even said excuse me but they told me to hold on and went back to their conversation. Same exact thing happened to me at the fitting room too. Im not one to complain but tonight was incredibly ridiculous and the employees were so rude and probably shouldnt even have jobs there. If I ever treated anyone like they did to me at my job, I would be fired in an instant. Walmart, you really need new employees with nicer attitudes. Next time, I will be that awful rude customer.

They have a great selection of frozen foods and things you can microwave if, like me, youre a busy person who works and goes to school. They also have a good selection of basic clothing items. They have everything you could possibly need! All these bad reviews are from effete soccer moms who were coddled from the youngest age and need everything to be just so. What the hell do you care about employees? Ive been there a bunch of times and Ive never needed the employees to do anything other than check me out. The items are on shelves... all you have to do is grab them and pay for them. Bottom line: its a great store.

Honestly, Id give this a zero star rating if I could. Were truck drivers and we stopped here to stock up on groceries and supplies. We called ahead to make sure we could park while we shopped. We spent almost $600 @ Wal-Mart only to have the police come and ticket us for parking in the lot. We arrived late at night so they assumed we were sleeping. We explained that we called ahead and Walmart said it was ok. This is total bullshit and we will never be back. I guess well take our money elsewhere! Maybe Target will get our business from now on. If youre a trucker, steer clear of this place!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WAL-MART STORE IN THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! This store operates like Germany at the height of Nazi power in Europe. The staff here is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, and they have been known to harass customers like common day criminals. Even the customers who shop here, the majority of them are convicted felons out on parole. Please, please, PLEASE do NOT visit this store at all costs and shop at any other Wal-Mart store anywhere else in the United States. If you wish to visit any other store besides this Wal-Mart, I recommend that, too.

My place to go for everything, customer service has been getting better. They have a wide variety of things, very well packed Walmart (from food to car service) there is also a money transfer section, hair salon, nail salon, eye doctor, Auntie Anne and a Dunkin Dounuts at your service. This location gets very crowded during afternoons and weekends. Safe to go late at night though there was one occasion where a family member and a friend mention they had things stolen out of their vehicles (during day light time) therefore make sure to lock your cars.

Come on folks! You reference this Walmart like its the plague. Every store has its "issues". When I go shopping, Im not looking for conversation, employees weights (as one commented), or help at "Walmart"! Also, There are some things you just dont buy at WM like electronics or jewelry. Walmart is for basics. I agree that it should be maintained and this Walmart has indeed been one of the better ones. Not the BEST but one of the better ones. I can shop without a gross factor and breathe. Parking is sensible too. Dont stress unnecessarily.. :-)

WORST PLACE EVER. This walmart is full of rude and unhelpful employees. The place is disgusting and disorganized. I was shopping one day and there was literally human poop on the floor. It looked like someone had dumped out a diaper on the floor, and run it over with their cart. The employees surrounded it with cones and waited 30 min to clean it up. Any time i have ever asked for help to find something, the employee has acted like I was inconveniencing them. This whole place needs a serious makeover!

This Walmart is much bigger and better than the one on Linden St (191)-but they are limited due to space. I feel it is well stocked and staff are friendly. I have never seen management be rude to anyone. I have ordered from every department and felt they went above and beyond great customer service. Having been in the retail industry AND having to manage people-I think this site does a great job of meeting customers needs. I will continue to drive past the smaller Walmart to shop at this one.

Of the Walmarts in the greater Lehigh valley I will always choose this one over the rest. The people arent as rude as other walmartians in comparison, you also dont get the feeling of being cattle sent to slaughter when standing in line as you will find at the Whitehall Walmart. Only complaint is typical Walmart policy 20+ check out lanes with only 4 open at any moment save for the self check out which is like playing Russian roulette with 5/6 Chambers holding a round if its taking cash or not

The entire credit card system was down and they could only use cash. That isnt what was upsetting. The fact that the workers were so rude about it was the most upsetting. I absolutely needed the stuff I was buying right then and when youd ask a simple question like "does a gift card work?" They would just scream at you "NO! NOTHING!!" I visiting from Texas and have had nothing but bad experiences at this Walmart and rude workers. Take my advice and go to the Walmart in Bethlehem.

They barely ever restock so alot of the time you have to go to a different Walmart to find something. They only open two lines during busy hour so be prepared to sit in a line for about twenty minutes. Their options are not as good as other Walmarts in the area especially when it comes to seasonal items . Customer service area is the worst the minimum amount of time I have spent waiting on line is thirty minutes and the max is an hour and thirty minutes just for a money order.

Over the phone it couldnt be more clear that they wanted to hang up our conversation: Me:hey are you guys open on the Fourth of July because your site didnt sa- The lady: Yes yes yes good bye And then SHE ended the call, the disregard for etiquette is startling and utterly annoying.I mean come on! At least TRY to sound enthusiastic. So basically what Im saying is if youre looking for a kind customer service employee NEVER call this Walmart

Absolute worst experience ever. waited over 20 minutes at the bakery because employee had gone on his 15 minute break and still hadnt returned. Asked for a manager and waited 10 minutes to have him not show up because he was eating his food, and then when I called to verify my order was correct because the deli employee took it, couldnt get a manager on the phone because he was too busy. I will never shop here again.
