I go to all the Weis pharmacies since they are in such close proximity to eachother. The one on White street has a couple of pharmacists there, Dustin and Andy. I think their strength is that those two seem particularly well suited to working with one another. They are always consulting with one another on the phone etc. It must work for them as I have yet to see a mistake come out of that store. If I had to find a flaw I would say sometimes they can be a bit dreary. And sometimes they can be a bit sluggish on that fax machine. But you have to forgive them as they are just a real functional tandem. Then the Weis on Carlisle road has a pharmacist there named Brian. His strength is that he really has no weaknesses that I have observed. He is very alert and savvy in getting the prescriptions to run through your insurance. Then on the other side he has just EXCEPTIONALLY STRONG customer service skills. He is very friendly. Even when he walks through the store, he smiles at everyone and says hello. He seems to have a lot of energy. He seems to like being there. He calls all the old people by their names and is very conversational with them. He is a very positive sunny person. He always tries to put things in the best possible light. Like when I have problems with my doctor he will say, oh dont worry she will probably send the fax later today. Or he will say dont worry looks like you will be able to get your test strips on such and such a day or dont worry the system is probably just down. I will try running the prescription again. Then I dont panic. I have had pharmacists in the past that have just seemed to enjoy running me out of the store in a panic. And it takes me 3 or 4 days to recover from it as I get so scared when something goes wrong with my prescriptions. So if in the past you have been emotionally terrorized by your pharmacist, then I would suggest you collect your things and start going to Brian at the Weis pharmacy on Carlisle rd. I dont know when or where Weis found him but he is just a very bright and HUMANE pharmacist. The pharmacy at the Roosevelt store is not my favorite. The pharmacy manager there did not treat me very well the first time I was there. I cant even type out what happened as it will just feed my post traumatic stress regarding the incident. But I did complain about him to "corporate". Then some sort of district management person from Weis called me back and she was very nice to me and assured me she would talk to him. Then the 2nd time I went in there it was just the same type of thing. He has this smug arrogant attitude and some kind of underlying hostility about himself. I went up to the counter for the 2nd time and right off the bat was told "the computers down". So I left. I came back 10 minutes later on my own initiative. Because he never told me to come back. He just said the computer was down and that was all he had to say. If you want your prescription filled, basically NOTHING must go wrong. Because he is not going to do any thing extra to help you. When I asked him if he remembered who I was (from the first disastrous incident when I think he treated me poorly) he claimed he did not because as he put it, "he just sees so many people". He probably is a competent pharmacist as he is there in the first place. But beyond that, I just dont think he cares about the people coming in there and what problems they face. The district manager did probably talk to him like she told me she would. But what difference does it make. All he is going to say is he doesnt remember the incident. Thats all he has to say any time something goes wrong, is that he doesnt remember because of "all the people he sees". From the Dover store to this one its just a complete study in contrast. Because that pharmacist at that store remembers who every one is, he is nice to everyone who comes in there and if there are problems he is basically obsessive about fixing them. So I will just go to the Dover store rather than have to deal with this nonsense in the Roosevelt store. I have enough problems.

Do my weekly grocery shopping here. One of the best grocery stores in the area. Always plenty of cashiers on duty and people to help. The aisles are wider than most other grocery stores which adds to a more pleasant shopping experience.

Just my personal preference typically I usually shop at Giant so when I go to Weis I never know where anything is and everything seems to be placed backwards in comparison to where it should be

This one is great for your day to day and high turn over items. Hate to say it but check the dates on not commonly purchased items. They dont clear them out all the time.
