I have noticed mixed reviews. I guess, it all depends upon what you go to this store for. If you are going to get your phone repaired, I highly recommend this of all Sprint stores. They will try their best, they cannot help that Sprint sometimes give junk phones. The customer service is also better than most of the other Sprint stores, the employees are courteous. I would not recommend SPRINT to anyone however, due to a recent turn of events. After about a year, my phone decided it did not want to work properly. The phone was immediately sending calls to voicemail, the navigator did not work, and the phone did not notify me whenever I was getting a text message. This was all minor compared to the fact that at any given time, I would receive two bars less than any other Sprint customer. I took my phone to several different Sprint stores over the course of a two week period. This was the only store which even attempted to help. My problem lies within the following: Even though, I have a protection plan on my phone, SPRINT would not replace it or fix it without charging a ridiculous fee because my phone was over a year old. Turns out protection means nothing once a person hits month 13. Sprint will not discount a phone at all for any current customer until they reach their upgrade after two years. Their upgrade is a miserable $150 off. So my choice was either to pay $50 to get my phone "checked out" or pay $300 + for a new phone. Yes, $300+ for a phone. The basic phones that make sending texts difficult and do not access the web are $300. Of course, I could go the refurbished route, but they charge for service on those phones. Paying $100 for a phone that may need a tone of fixing is not reasonable. I have had the other major providers in the past. When a phone broke, I never had a problem, even if I broke the phone on my own. They were usually willing to discount the phone by $50 or $100 (T-mobile, AT&T, Verizon) because it was important to keep the customer. Sprint cares about customers for the first few months, then they really do not care anymore.

What a horrible experience, I have to say Im considering a new cellular provider after this. My phone broke through no cause of my own. It was something internal, and none of the white indicator strips were stained or anything. All they wanted me to do was either pay 150 dollars for a new phone through an insurance claim. Or, pay about the same to upgrade into a new contract. They, said and I quote "Were not entirely sure if its our fault, or yours". So, they weren’t going fix or replace my phone. The Manager, I cant remember his name, but hes a skinny guy in this mid to early 30s with black hair slicked back, and hes a real dick. I hate being talk down to, The store looks “nice”, but in all reality theirs a bunch of people, who really don’t care about your phone issues, and are in the market to make commission on selling cell phones. If you need to go to a sprint store I highly Recommend that you don’t go to this one. Try one of the other ones, might be more of a drive but you probably get way better service.

.they told me i had 14 days to return my new phone if i did not like it.i returned it in 6 days and what a suprise to find out there is a $100 return fee!!! So i paid that hidden fee not to mention the guy was so rude!! And then 2 weeks after that they turned off my phone!!! So i called sprint and the girl tells me i owe them $75!!! I asked ehy and she said it was a prorated fee!! So far in a months time sprint has giving me a really bad experience!! If u are reading this review watch out for all their hidden fees!!! As of monday morning i am switching to another phone service!!! Sprint sucks!!!well it is now monday and guess what?!?!sprint turned off my phone again!!! Sooooo when i called them they said i owed them 10 cents!!!!!!!!!! So when i explained that i did not they turned phone back on!!! I used to really like this store. Recently, we upgraded to the unlimited plan. I knew Id have upgrade fees and a damage fee to pay so I went in knowing it wouldnt be free/the cost of the new plan. So I payed the $200-250 that they asked for in the store to cover the fees I just mentioned. Two weeks later I got a charge another $300 and our plan is $50 higher a month than what they told us it would be. They refused to refund anything. We called into customer support and they told us to just deal with it. Nobody can even tel us what we got charged for but they refuse to refund us. Its essentially fraud. Its a shame because everyone who works there is very nice and I typically dont slam people like this.

Staff was incredibly rude!!! They treated us like dirt, they lied repeatedly, referred to me (a 10 year customer) as dude. I was promised a call back and after 2 days I never received a call. Also, in the store they insulted our intelligence, and laughed at us when we were getting frustrated for them not refunding our $210, that they promised us when we returned our phone within 14 days. In addition, when we tried to resolve the problem with them over the phone they hung up on us 3 times, i cant believe this is how they treat their loyal customers. Overall i dread stepping into this store and dealing with their extremely rude employees. (Problem has yet to be resolved)

I am giving the store one star, only because Im not given the option of giving 0 stars. Staff AND manager were rude and worse than sleazy car salesmen (sorry to insult car salesmen by comparing them to these employees) with their high pressure to sell phone insurance to me despite me repeatedly refusing it. Then I received my bill and was charged for the insurance!! I will never return to this store, and I will be switching carriers based on this awful experience. I dont know if they get commission based on how many customers purchase the insurance, but was $13 worth losing a long-time customer with a monthly bill of over $200 a month?

Im giving them 3 stars because the sales guy was super nice, but the waiting for service is absolutely ridiculous whether youre at the store or try to call the store. As Im writing this review, Ive been on hold for 7 minutes waiting for a simple answer. I should be happy that they answered the phone because this is the first time Ive called where they actually answered. I know the sales rep is finishing with the customer that hes helping in the store with the hopes that I will hang up which could take another 30 minutes......Well it has now been over 12 minutes and still no response. I just hung up!!!!

I have been a sprint customer for over 7 years now, and this is my favorite store in the Pittsburgh area. The people there are always incredibly helpful and honest about their products. In 7 years I have had at least 6 different kinds of phones, and any time I have had problems they either fix or replace promptly. The only downside is if I break the phone the best insurance plan has a $150 deductible. That is not the stores fault though. That is my only complaint with sprint in general. I have had both Verizon and AT&T. Both have horrible customer service, and are terribly overpriced.
