Tru Blu has come so highly recommended for such a long time, and has been a staple of Lower Bucks and surrounding areas. I had a tribal piece on my forearm that I was looking to "soften" for quite some time. I researched the artists and ultimately chose Jerome Taylor. I approached him with my idea, and he immediately understood what I was looking for. He not only provided his professional and artistic input, but allowed me to help collaborate. Now, the forearm hibiscus that started it all, is slowly but surely becoming a right arm sleeve, to include: plumeria, lotus, peacock feather, another hibiscus, and its still going. I certainly didnt plan it that way, but was so impressed by the realistic coloring and detail, that we just kept going. The atmosphere is professional, clean, fun, creative, and you can absolutely feel the family vibe between the artists. They are constantly providing support and artistic recommendations to one another. Its not ink, its an experience (ha, trademark that). Make this your first stop for your next piece. You wont be disappointed.

I experienced getting my first tattoo at Tru Blu. Everyone thought my design was really big for my first tattoo, and no one thought a first timer would be able to sit the full six and a half hours of tattooing. Cody Swieder was my artist and with his help I did sit the whole time and we started and finished the tattoo in one day. Cody is not only an extremely talented tattoo artist, he is also an extremely nice and sociable guy who is very easy to talk to and like. Cody helped me through the whole process of getting an idea to creating a design and finally to getting the tattoo done. He even ran out during the appointment to get me a soda with his own cash. Him and I just talked the whole time about whatever popped into our heads and it made the time fly and made the pain a bit more bearable. He created a beautiful masterpiece on my back that I am in love with. I could not be happier with my experience and the tattoo and I could not have sat through six and a half hours of pain if Cody was not as nice of a person as he is.

Horrible tattoo done by matt jedlinski. He made the skull twice as big as the body on my tattoo.needle drag marks and horrible detail after he named the price for it. I stayed calm and even still tipped him. He assured me he could fix it. After several texts and calls I got "the run around". I stayed very polite and respectful. I then got hold of the person who was in charge the owner Jackie. She assured me she would fix it no problem. I told her I have no problem paying more I just want it to be corrected. I wish I could post the terrible work with needle drag marks all over it. 2 weeks later no calls, no texts, no appointment. Thats how you treat a customer? What did I do? He no longer works there but the owner never made it right like she promised. DISHONEST

I love Tru Blu Tattoo. Everyone in there is so nice and they make you feel right at home. I got tattoos from 2 artists in there Kamala and Jerome. Kamala helped me dream up my one tattoo and make it reality. She did such and amazing job on my sugar skull girl (who I call Betty ) and Jerome helped me with a unique way of showing of both my daughters birthdates in roman numeral number. To this day I am always getting great positive feedback on both of my tattoos. I love everyone there! I always recommend them to anyone who asks where to go. Thanks guys for doing amazing work on not only me,but everyone whos ever stepped foot in that parlor.

I traveled here about a month ago and couldnt have had a better experience. After seeing some of Codys work at a tattoo expo in WV, I chose him for the project. He did an amazing job at not only executing a great tattoo, but he also kept me comfortable and entertained for the 2 days that I was there. Everybody at the shop was great and made me and my friends feel right at home. I threw some vague ideas at Cody and he somehow made them into the incredible piece of art that is now on my arm (: Very talented to say the least, Id recommend him to anyone.

This was my first time at Tru Blu (but second time getting tattooed by Cody), and I loved the shop. Very cool environment. Just as he did the first time, Cody blew me away with his work. He tattooed my dog on my right shoulder blade area. The tattoo is amazing! I cant believe that when I look at it I actually see my dogs expressions in her eyes and facial features. Im heading back in 2 weeks to add some roses and shading and I cant wait. Not only does he provide an excellent product, he provides a great experience as well. Thanks again, Cody!

My daughter and I went to Tru Blu for a mother/daughter tattoo. This was my daughters first one. The instant we walked through the door, I knew she would not be disappointed with the result. This shop is pristine! The staff is welcoming and friendly. Cody executed our tattoos in a very professional manner. He made my daughter feel at ease and made the experience enjoyable. Overall our visit couldnt have gone any better! I highly recommend Tru Blu. We WILL be return customers. Great job Cody!

Absolutely hands down the best shop around! I highly recommend them for any type of tattoo/artwork you want done. They are very knowledgeable and talented. Ive recommended them several times. The shop is super clean. Ive had 3 tattoos done there. My first two from Jackie (cover up on my ankle and a sweet back piece for my son). I went back in for my third one (my wrist) and Lou did a beautiful job with angel wings and lettering for my son.

Cody has done 5 of my tattoos so far. And each more incredible than the last. I get compliments almost every day for my finger tattoo which seems so simple to me compared to the 3 bigger ones on my legs. Hes insanely talented for how young he is and I know hes just going to get better and better, if thats even possible!!! I plan on getting my next right after the holidays and will be seeing Cody to do that as well!

If you need a tattoo- this is definitely the place to go!! Very clean and awesome studio. Kamala did a coverup on my husbands arm and it turned out great. My husband also went in and got a portrait of our boxer on his leg. Jackie made it look so realistic. She also did a tribal on his shoulder- once again it turned out great. We definitely recommend!! We will be back soon!!

I heard great things about this place from several people. I decided to contact Kamala who works there and described my situation to her. I then was able to book an appointment a few days later (today) to have my rose tattoo covered up. She did absolutely beautiful work. Im so in love with what she did! I cant wait to book another appointment with her!

Cody is the best! Hes one of the most creative and down to earth person ive ever had the pleasure talking to! I dont go to anyone else to put ink in my skin. I highly suggest him, hes done my whole sleeve and more to come. The shop is always clean and is a great environment to sit in for 6 hours. Everyone there is chill and great artists.
