"We dont sell to just anybody," says the hag behide the counter. It is still legal to tattoo without a permit in Pennsylvania so why is this an issue. You are better off putchasing supplies online. Its cheaper, not as much hassle, and much friendlier service. If I could rate this store a 0 star, I would. Go bankrupt.
