I drove an hour out of my way to buy my son a woody doll for Easter. I got up to the counter only to be told they couldnt sell to me because I had my husbands credit card, even though Im a authorized user on the account. I understand the whole fraud thing but come on! I then proceeded my hour long trip home empty handed. I refuse to return back to the Disney store for any of my future purchases.

So like others its Disney and there proud of it and there prices reflect that. However nearly every kid there wants something from there. It is a smaller store there inventory isnt much but they have a very diverse selection. The people there are friendly and always willing to help. Overall a great place to window shop or purchase that piece of Disney.

The staff is a mix - some are very nice (friendly and helpful), while some are rude (one walked in front of my wife while she was looking at something as it she wasnt there). Also, the selection is lacking - didnt have items for some characters and clothing sizes were hit or miss. UPDATE: Watch the prices they charge you, they may not match the signs.

This store is truly magical! Has many hard to find and exclusive items which even includes many items from Disneyland. Very inexpensive and the cast members are super friendly. Will definitely come back soon!
