This place has recently gotten new ownership for the better and worst. They do accept credit cards now which is convenient, but the 9 people they have on staff at all times crowds up the place - not to mention they follow you around and bug the ish outta you the entire time you are in their store. No I am not here to steal your liquor, I just need a bottle of whiskey. Come to get your liquor here if you like to be followed around while you shop and want to feel like a thief. It only gets 2 stars because its the closest liquor store to me and most times Im in a time crunch.

If you dont look ancient forget about even coming here. They denied my perfectly valid drivers license and even ripped it in the process! I have been going here for about a couple months and I have only been greeted a couple times. I have never been asked if I needed help while I was shopping and the prices here are HIGH compared with every other liquor store in Portland. If beeing treated poorly and over paying are your things then go here. This place sucks the big donkey dick. I hope everyone boycotts this place!!!!! Oh did I mention this place sucks? CAUSE THEY SUCK!!!

Worst service ever. Ive been here several times and its been a 50/50 showing. Someone got to cut in front of me because they knew the guy behind the counter with the black hair and beard. He wasnt wearing a name tag so I didnt catch his name. He was generally unenthusiastic in his demeanor and was down right rude, including rolling his eyes at me several times during my transaction. You would think on a national holiday we would have some brotherhood--this wasnt the place to find it.

They dont shovel there parking lot so if there is snow and ice look out, I fell flat on my belly, ouch.. also Ive been here 100+ times and they still dont recognize me and card me every time. Kinda annoying. . State line liquor in Jantzen beach is much better. Friendly helpful staff that remembers my name and that Im over 21 and doesnt card me everytime. . Not that being carded is bad, I just dont think they need to see it 100 times if Im a regular, you feel me.?

Showed up at 9:57, guy locking the door as I walk up. Says Im too late. I said I know what I want can I just grab it. He said no sorry I cant do it. I could see an employee doing that at a bank or something. But a liquor store? Cmon man thats a jerk move. Guess what cool guy you still work at a liquor store and you looked 30. Cool!

I love it how people say its overpriced lol! The store doesnt control the prices, the OLCC dictates them. All liquor is the same price at every liquor store. Anyhow, nice place, good selection, friendly staff, and a convenient location at the crossroads of 2 major blvds and I-5

They were so helpful in finding the perfect drinks for various occasions. I am not very experienced in the mixed drinks world and they have plenty of ideas and experience to guide a Newby as well as plenty of information and experience for those more well versed.

I have been going there for quite some time and several times I have been checked out by a OLD guy with earrings and he treats me and everyone else in the store like smucks. I have spend hundreds of dollars there and I now will spend it else where.

Open till 10 pm is the best selling point of this store. The layout leaves something to be desired but they make it as nice as possible with the little space they have. The staff are usually busy but they have never been rude to me.

This is my second stop here on my way back to Washington, they have a pretty good selection of tequila, which is why we stop, but on top of that they have specials that are options that I want to buy... Cant beat that.

This Liquor Store is a bit smaller than most, but has most things in stock when I go. Its kept clean & the employees are always friendly. They also have free parking, which is a definite plus.

I came in over the holidays and was led to back room for a "Greek handshake", which basically equates to homosexual rape. The British guy is cool, though. Would recommend to friends.

Its not fancy. In fact its kind of seedy. They only take cash. So why is it the best? Hours. Its open until 9 Monday thru Saturday and 8 on Sunday. What more is there to say.
