We just moved to Newberg in July and stopped in here because it is so close to our house. Really great prices! The staff are truly helpful and have great senses of humor. The plants are inexpensive which is great because my wife loves to have plants everywhere. Bonus: If you tear off the part of your receipt which tells you how much you saved during that shopping trip, write your name and address on the bottom and put it in GOs drawing box to possibly win the amount you saved. We refill our water bottles there. We refill our propane for the grill there. Its close to home and we save big over Freddys AND Safeway. What could be better?

Ive spoken to two managers that the employees are not friendly. I shopped at 185th ALL the time we knew names, family Dynamics etc. Ive been to this store since I moved to Newberg and they bought the store from King City. They do the work but it would go a long ways to day hi how are you today? We are here to help however we can etc it goes a long ways in people returning. I will run in for a few things but do most in King City because your employees are not forthcoming in attitude. We have over 42 apts and I take about 6 or 7 to K C when your store could have our business. Id like to give it five stars but cant. Thank you. JC

Grocery Outlet is an awesome store. We live nearby and go often to check out the new and sometimes exotic items (they dont last long!) and also go there for staples like bread and milk. Bread we normally buy for $4.39 at Safeway is only $2.19. Cant beat that! The employees here seem very friendly, too, and have been helpful when Ive needed to find something.

If you go in knowing theyre not going to have everything that other grocery stores have, you will happily find some good bargains on things like wine and cheese and soap. Sometimes its brands you dont usually see and sometimes thats good, sometimes not. If you enjoy figuring out which are which, youll like shopping here.

Wow! Asking for a key to the bathroom took forever. I was lucky my daughter didnt pee herself. We had to asked them twice and took them about 10mins. Shes only 5 we were lucky she didnt have an accident. We could see workers but they were just not paying attention and helping.

Great place to just explore and find good deals. I always find at least one item that is worth checking out. Its also great to find those odd natural products you see at whole foods that cost a fortune at steep discounts.
