I gave this 1 star for the friendly service thats it. The reviews I read are very misleading. I dont know where all these people have had breakfast before to give this place 5 stars but WOW! It fell well below Dennys. I got the eggs Benedict my go to breakfast. I was looking forward in tasting there hollandaise sauce, needless to say they came with a tea spoon of sauce and had to ask for more hollandaise sauce to actually make it and eggs benedict. The eggs were poached perfect but that was about it. They have there house potatos, which fell well below store-bought bag of Ore-Ida potatoes. The taste was sweet as I assume they use sweet potatoes with a seasoning I still cant get out of my mouth. There sausage seemed to be like a small cut in half bratwurst, which also had a funny taste to it. It looked like it was an organic piece of meat, with little to no flavor. You have to go to the counter to order your food and take a flagged number, then hope you find a table. Got lucky I found a seat or I dont know where we would have ate our meal. Drinks coffee is plenty of that but they only had a beverage stand up frigerator with pop and water and juice out of a bottle. So we hadnt had power going on two days now so was excited to find this place online get out of the house to go to a place that sounded really good was looking for some warmth and good food it was chilly inside like they didnt turn the heat on so needless to say we have no heat at home and had the while we were eating. Was truly disappointed not impressed whatsoever especially for the price you pay I expected better quality of food. Until the next time I try and find somewhere new to go I will go to Sharis

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It is such a shame because I have been a LONG time customer, sent numerous people here and am part of the local community. The CEO, Michael B., approached me due to my parking (I have a truck and trailer). He was truly uncivil, it was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had in a store. He should be ashamed. Even the servers apologized for his atrocious behavior, saying how difficult he can be so often. How embarrassing, why would you ever work for someone like this? So unfortunate to have an experience like this, the men and women who work there are always great, and I hate to take away my business, but I will not stand for being treated so terribly. Appalling someone in the service industry would act this way, causing a scene in there own store! What a shame.

I dont recommend the hash (potatoes are cut waaay too big and its swimming in grease,) but the breakfast strata is delicious. Drip coffee beans are roasted on site and the espresso they serve is from Italy. Dedicated parking, quick relaxed service, seating area is large and kept clean. They stay busy and seem to do a lot of pickup orders for business meetings. Their logo is a three-masted sailboat, so there are some subtle nautical touches like an awesome sounding bell they ring when orders are ready and a few prints of water scenes. I appreciate that they have a framed food menu at eye level for those of us who forget their glasses on occasion!

This place is a welcome site in a strange location. It has an above average atmosphere with pretty average food. You order at the counter and find a table. If you come on the weekends finding a table can be a challenge. There are several drip coffees to choose from and the ones Ive tried are good. I ordered an egg white scramble my last visit and it had a very strange smell. My company liked their benedict and my fruit cup was delicious. Overall its nice to have a cup of joe and enjoy the relaxed vibes that welcome a good conversation on a lazy morning.

Totally awesome coffee shop. Its really the headquarters of longbottom where they have tour production area in the back. You can get great coffee for sure, but Im a fan of their breakfasts. They make one of the best french toast dishes ever and they have other ones that are equally as good too. Its kind of in a weird location in an industrial area around chemical companies and the like but try and find this place if you can and youll be very happy.

Very good local coffee shop/breakfast/lunch place. Go here often for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. They do offer a punch card and do "Double Punch Tuesdays", naturally it is much busier on Tuesdays. Be prepared to wait for your food and slow down and not be in a hurry. They offer really delicious flavored roasted coffees and organic coffees. Lots of different ones to try and always changing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic little cafe tucked into the industrial area north of Ronler Acres. Food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is friendly and fast. Be warned though, it will be very busy weekends from 9-11 or so. Seating is somewhat limited, it you go with a large group of men be hard to find a seat at those times. Recommend going earlier if possible.

I really enjoy the coffee and the setting. The location is great, too, and overall excellent service. Ive eaten there once, and gone simply for coffee again today, and both times everything was exactly how it should be. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something higher quality than Elmers or IHOP, but not looking to spend over $10.

Food is good. But service quite poor and not friendly at all... Borderline robotic. Ordered waffles combo with eggs and bacon etc with a side of potatoes. Gave us side of waffles and side of potatoes. No apology no explanation just a blank stare. Ruined my otherwise happy morning. Dont recommend tourists to waste time driving out to visit.

I enjoy the baked scones here, they also have good breakfast sandwiches as well as a lunch menu. Very popular with Intel employees and other people in the area, best to go after 10am if your in a hurry, if not anytime is ok. Coffee drinks are good and they holiday drink creations.

Good coffee and food. Kind of out of the way, but still pretty cool. Would give 5 stars but they didnt have a discount for ordering 10+ full meals for catering that we had to pick up. Thats a lot of food at retail. Would have been nice to get a little something off the top.

Friendly staff, relatively short lines, generally fast service. 3 stars for these. The food was good, nothing spectacular. Good place for a breakfast-y meal. Sadly, the coffee was quite weak for our taste-buds. Not the morning pickup we needed. We tried them all.

The only thing better than the food (I had an amazing Italian hot sandwich with Assam tea) was the service! Kind, helpful, and attentive workers. Its spacious, too, unless you have a stroller like me to fit between tables. All Id add is more cushy seating.

Go here often for breakfast. This is where locals go. It will get crowded on weekends. Want to try something different for breakfast, go for the Farmers Strata. Scones are huge. If you get a scone and coffee you likely will leave full.

Great menu for a coffeehouse. Plenty of seating too, which is a good thing because this place fills up at lunchtime so plan accordingly. A bowl of one of their scratch made hearty soups and a half sandwich are a good value for lunch.
