I will never go to this store ever again. I went in to purchase my paint and Mat helped me out. Once my paint was mixed and I was ready to pay I handed him a pre paid Visa gift card and he let me know because it didnt have my name on it he couldnt use it. I was confused and thought this a stupid policy, I expressed this and he told me it was their policy (which is fine in itself) when I said again how stupid that was as its gift card, basically cash. No way for it to be denied, no profit loss for Sherwin Williams. He got extremely rude and started to argue with me about it, and how its not his fault. I said fine, handed him $75 in cash and my debit card (my total was $85) and then glared at me and said so you want it on THIS card? And I said, well I handed you cash which leaves about a $10 balance for my debit card. He then told me to drop my attitude and that I needed to calm down. I told him I didnt appreciate HIS attitude, and to please just ring me up. He continued to be rude. So I grabbed my money back, and walked out where he continued to Holler at me. I went across the street to Miller where they provided my paint ATTITUDE FREE. I will NEVER go to Sherwinn Williams ever again. Absolutely awful customer service. Mat should be required to go to some customer service training and learn how to control his snotty attitude!
