They have no basic knowledge of what coupons and sales the company puts out. I asked for help when a coupon stated 50% regular priced Recollections washi tape, but then the washi tape was marked on sale for 30% off. I wanted to know what use that coupon was and what would be covered under it. The girl kept trying to show me other brands and I had to redirect her to what I was asking multiple time before I finally gave up. As I was leaving she came near the front and gave a snarky "Goodbye" when she had not done that with any other customer. Horrible, horrible service, selection, and huge sections of bare shelves where things should have already been restocked with the next seasons items as it was in other Michaels stores.

I wish Michaels had a larger supply of fine art supplies, but thats nothing wrong with this store specifically. The store is well laid out, and the staff is friendly.

Awesome store. Was the only one that had all the terracotta pots I needed. Highly recommend the Michaels app for checking the items in-stock by location.

Went for the kids creativity class...it was so fun and the clearance right now is fabulous..got some great deals and the kids had a wonderful time.

Went in to pick up one item had trouble finding. An employee was nowhere to be found it took me 20 minutes to find one item.

They have a decent selection, large store, but very poor selection of mens dress shirts specifically
