I have to say something about the negative comment about Mike. Ive known Mike and done business with him for over 10 years and you could not be further from the truth. Their business ethics are as good as it gets. Those comments are slanderous and unfounded. They buy their glass from the best glass blowers in Eugene, and if you think theres a town with better glass blowers then you dont know anything about glass! If he went in there spewing off like he did here, then no wonder he didnt get treated to his satisfaction. Any guarantee whatsoever on a handmade glass piece is...optomistic. Its made of glass. Ive also known Ritch at Midtown, from business, for years, and will agree that he does good business and has a great store and staff.

I gave up waiting for the end of a lengthy personal conversation between staff and some of their friends hanging out in the store nd asked for help (since no help had been offered). With obvious reluctance, one of the young ladies tore herself away from her chat and proceeded to help me by telling me I was ignorant about what I wanted to buy. Since Ive been using the item I was looking for since about 1968 (about 30 years before the clerk was even born), I cant say I appreciated her comments. All in all, I wouldnt go back to this store. The staff there clearly pick and choose which customers to treat with civility and which customers to treat like unwanted visitors :( Too bad, because they have a really nice selection of supplies.

Just had an awful experience with these guys. I purchased a pkg of kraytom for $23, got home and opened it and the product looked disgusting! It was brown and gritty...basically looked like dirt. I called hunky dory to see if I could exchange it because it is a useless item and they told me no. They said all sales are final. Yeah, but we expect you to sell a decent product! I just threw my money away in your store. To make matters worse, Kratom is soon to be illegal and they told me they will have to flush any remaining Kratom down the toilet after September 30th. So they would rather flush product down a toilet then exchange it to a paying customer?? Really bad business and I will not be returning.

Hunky dory is managed by a shady untrustworthy man named Mike and owned by an angry old man who yells at customers. This is the worst headshop i have ever visited and I am very in tune with the glass world of today. They not only have terrible business ethics, but sell shotty glass that falls apart due to faulty manufacturing. Please dont go here and waste your money like I did or you may find yourself being screamed at by the owner in front of a dozen customers for a mistake they have made. Midtown is just down the street and they love to treat their customers like real people.

very helpful staff. couldnt find what i was looking for anywhere else in eugene (maybe not all of eugene, but i wasnt on a mission). called hunky dory and wow they had it and not only had it offered to hold it until i was able to get in. just for that im gonna go back many times in the future. i dont see how there can be bad remarks when everyone in there was verrry helpful.

What can I say I have some of the best glass in town! A lot of the best local artists. Their prices can be high or low, you just gotta poke around.. Staple in this community and who doesnt like to be greeted by beautiful young women. They allow dogs in the store! its my go-to of I need a glass piece and I cant get hold of a glassblower!!

Went today to get an whipped cream chargers they normally have plenty of this item 50 per pack for 30dollars a double pack for 55 dollars and other brands 25 dollars for a 50 pack .they only have the most expensive ones available even though in they come multi pack no discount for buying 2 boxes.....may be time to purchase somewhere else

This is where you go when you dont know what you want. Im not going to tell you they know everything about every product, but I sell liquor and I dont either. Nor can I tell you the staff isnt eager to learn if you are an educated customer. If everything in the universe is relative, then you will only get out what you put in.

Best selection that Ive found in Eugene, and by far, the most reasonable prices. Employees are friendly, patient, and informative. I went in looking for a nectar collector and I found a wide variety of great ones. They have so many glass pieces.
